«Property met my requirements in every way and exceeded my expectations»

«The hotel looks tired and needs some upgrades. The shower was so very small, tighter than a phone booth and the shower walls are pealing. There is no elevator, so my husband had to carry the two full size suitcases up to the second floor. Cahir is a small town, with no many hotel options, so I guess it is not bad if you are staying there for a night, and the pub/restaurant offered a pretty decent fish and chips.»

«The building itself is quite old and we were three adults in one room, so we did have some trouble with the windows in our getting a bit "damp" and the air a bit stuffy (even with one window open). But the overall standard was great - clean and newly refurbished. Very friendly staff and complimentary tea in the library in front of the fire place - wonderful! The hotel restaurant is also well worth a visit.»

«Great surroundings and staff»

«Good size room. Close to the motorway. Shop and restaurant at the hotel, but little else around.»

«We found the staff and property to be excellent. They were very cooperative in allowing an early check-in. The room was excellent. The property had a bar and dining options which we both used and enjoyed. The breakfast was a complete menu for us to select from and was excellent. We had after dinner drinks and good discussions with the staff. The property itself was located within walking distance of the town and there was ample parking on site.»

«This place was good enough for a one night stay, very basic, could have a few more things that would tip it up to a 5 star which I will share privately with the owner.»

«Justin, while nice, changed the property the day of the reservation without explanation. He sent texts to me while I was traveling. There was no time or option for me to rent another space for myself and my family. The unit we stayed in, I saw when booking and chose not to book. The unit we were given was smaller than what was booked, not as well furnished, and needed repair. The upstair’s shower actively leaked thru the kitchen ceiling, light fixtures were broken and would malfunction ...

«Great size of room. Food is excellent - the bar for meal in evening and breakfast is superb! Few areas look bit tired but know they are doing refurbishment at the minute. Decent value for money.»

«Mark was very kind to help us with minor issues we had getting into the property. It is VERY well appointed and the breakfast was fantastic! What was particularly nice was the spacious 'dining room' with an amazing rooftop patio. It was raining when we were there so didn't really get to go out on the patio, but we decided to stay in and enjoyed the dining room/ lounge. I would stay here again and recommend. Our apartment was on the third floor, so mind the stairs but we are seniors and ...

«Very nice property, easy parking. Short walk into town.»

«very lovely house.. had everything, bed was comfortable, Pot belly stove came in handy. Could of had some paper towels in Kitchen. Sonia was more than accommodating and answered calls.quickly. I would stay here again.»

«Great area and super cute place. It was warm, spacious, and peaceful. It was quiet and the host was very kind and helpful. Bathroom shower was large, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked.»

«I'm writing this review based more on the host than the property at Deerpark. We had booked the Deerpark location, but the morning we were to check-in, we received a message indicating that we've been moved to a different rental location due to a 'plumbing issue at Deerpark'. We were assured by Justin that the new location would be better: more room, a big backyard, etc. Upon checking in, it was bigger, but certainly not better. This place was dated and in need of several repairs. The carpet ...

«Host offered to “upgrade” us. It really doesn’t take much to make me happy. We did not see the original property but this one was cold, with just one portable space heater downstairs. Could not get the hot water working. The alarm kept beeping throughout our stay. On a busy street. I could go on, but the temperature inside was the worst and the fact that we could not get hot water. Not impressed - would not recommend unfortunately. Book at your own risk!»

«It was fine. Beds were nice, and the decor was pleasant. WiFi didn’t work, and there is construction going on in the attached house. The email communication was unmonitored. Not the same value as other similar places where we’ve stayed. »
