Good location - bad experience
Last night in Asia before returning to Europe. The location is super if you have an ealy flight. The staff is positive and helpful Dirty room, strange smell in the room, bad air condition. Hard to sleep in this circumstances.

Flyplass nærhet.
Aircondition som et jetfly, velg mellom å ligge våken pga varme eller bråk!!!!, God service fra betjening.flott nærhet til flyplassen..

Skuffet.
Velg et hotell av bedre Standard og komfort. Slitt, gammelt og mye støy. Ingen fasiliteter på hotellet. Dårlig dusj og hard seng. Og masse mygg på værelset. Luktet urin i korridorene. Og lytt mellom rommene.

Gebyr for ekstra seng ikkje opplyst om
Bassenget framsto på Hotels.com som veldig stort, men var lite. Gebyr for ekstraseng til barn vart krevd av hotellet, sjølv om eg la inn barn og alder på barnet når eg booka hotellet. Hotels.com sine sider gav ikkje info om at gebyr kunne verte krevd. Nærområde ok. Nær flyplass, lokalt marked og 7-11 butikk. Harde senger.

Billig og ok hotell.
Helt ok og billig hotell. Vi hadde bestilt to king size senger, men fikk ikke det før vi måtte krangle med de på hotellet. Fikk da nytt rom. Badene var gamle og slitte og rommet generelt sett slitte. Vi måtte også gå på mygg jakt da det iallfall var 10 mygg på rommet

OK for overnatting nær flyplassen
OK sted for grei overnatting nær flyplassen. Manglende (alt for sen) tilbakemelding om transport til/fra flyplassen medførte unødvendig taxitur etter ankomst. Manglende (meget svak) wi-fi på rommet. Ellers greit.

Ett helt ok hotell og overnatte på. Veldig sentralt i forhold til flyplassen. Kun 10minutter med van, som er gratis.

Rimelig og greit. 10 min fra flyplass ( gratis minibuss) frokost og basseng. Grei størrelse på rommene og en liten balkong. Har bodd hær flere ganger . En natt er max. Litt på yatzykast om det er vann i bassenget.

Hard to sleep here
- The bed was hard as a rock. (Even though I was used to sleeping on hard matresses in Asia for 5 weeks, the matress in this hotel felt like laying on Concrete) - The aircondition was noisy and too strong. Even though the air condition was on low, it was still windy in the whole room and thereby hard to sleep. - The air condtion/room stinked a little as sewage - It was 2 free waterbottles in glass. The floor was also in "glassmateriell". The shelf in the fridge was loose, so when I put in one of the waterbootles it fell 5 cm down on the "glassfloor" and crushed into thousands pieces. Why have glass bottles when you have a "glassfloor" and broken shelf on the fridge so everything will break it falls out of the fridge? You have t o pay 20 baht if that happens to you. The receptionist wrote the wrong time on which airport shuttle bus I wanted, so when I was there 05.55, the 06.00 bus had already left, so I had to take a taxi.

Clean ,quiet , good staff eventhough its hard yo communicate with them...I like the free pick up from and back to the airport. Good breakfast, super like it...will check in if ever we visit Thailand again

At check-in I was told I was being upgraded to a recently updated room. Upon entry, the gentleman turned on the TV to cartoons. I’m an adult. Best guess, the room was updated in the 1980’s. The mattress was stiff and felt like sleeping on a box spring. The upholstered chair was ratty. The ONLY redeeming feature was the airport shuttle.

Unfortunately not a very good experience. They told me I got a room upgrade for free but actually they gave me an old and very stinking room with no balcony. I asked to switch back to the original one I booked which has a balcony they said they had only this room available and it’s an upgraded room. From the conversation, I realized that they initially intended to give me a bad room but used the word “upgrade” to make me feel so lucky. I contacted expedia, the agent told me that hotel accepted that they were overbooked but they had already fixed my concern by changing me a new room. Which is not true they didn’t do anything. I won’t be back and highly not recommend.

Nice hotel but a bit old. Free shuttle bus from airport. We had to leave the hotel before breakfast to the airport but to our suprise they gave us a sandwich breakfast in a box to go very nice !!!

Old rooms , hallways are filthy. Restaurant is good, decent breakfast choices. Ate dinners there also. Free shuttle to airport was good. Pool is nice. Need to fix ladder. Outdoor courtyard is nice .
