This hotel is very convenient for travelers departing from Suvarnabhumi airport. We very much enjoyed the room. Nice size and super clean. The restaurant was a disappointment. No big deal there are option for Thai Street food within walking distance.

This property has a reliable shuttle, a great buffet, & a very pleasant swimming pool. It’s a nice place to relax. My only problem was that it seems almost impossible to find a rubbish bin! On by the elevators, or one accessible in the lobby would be a great help. Other than that our stay was wonderful.

Very friendly and helpful staff but I couldn’t get them to understand that our air conditioning was running rampant and we had to stay under the covers when in the room to stay warm. Still was an overall good experience as usual and they will continue to be the hotel I use when in Bangkok.

旅行の最終日、朝の便だったので空港近くのホテルが良いと思い宿泊しました。 朝の空港までのシャトルバスは便も多くチェックイン時に予約して確実に乗れて非常に助かりました。15分程度で無事に届けてもらいました。 プールは小さいですが、10歳の息子は楽しんでいました。 部屋はリフォームしてあるようで綺麗でしたが水回りは古さを感じました。 事前に特に頼んでいませんでしたが、ベッドは3台用意してくださっていました。(特に追加料金は無し。もともと料金に含まれていたのかは不明。) レストランやルームサービスもあるようでしたが、一品250〜400バーツと雰囲気に対してやや高めでした。300mくらい歩くとセブンイレブンがあります。向いにも最寄りのセブンがありますが、信号のない幹線道路の横断が必要でハードル高そうです。 近くには地元の食堂がありましたが、暑かったですし利用していません。 5つ星だと思って期待しなければ、空港近くに1泊するホテルとしては十分です。お値段も3人で約1万円で手頃だったので。

As an airport hotel, we only stayed for less than 24 hours in total, but much appreciated very helpful and friendly staff, good food and drinks, and some nice live music in the restaurant (one man playing guitar and singing at a volume that was pleasant). The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable for getting some rest before flying out. The shuttle was quick and easy to get us to Suvarnabhumi.

Gentleman (Manager??) at reception night time was so professional and well-understanding of our night over condition. He could even solve our wrong booking date with his helpful smile. Really appreciate how he knows his job perfectly.

The hotel is very close to the airport and the main reason we chose this hotel as we had an early check-in time. Also a bonus was the shuttle from the hotel to the airport. Unfortunately, there aren't many good restaurants near the hotel. The only one was in the hotel and this was also where the breakfast is served. The room was very nice and we got an upgrade at check-in time. The breakfast was satisfactory with various choices of food and beverages.

The staff and shuttle were great. The restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. The room was clean, but the quality of the room was lacking. The bathtub didn't drain and the finishing work around the room was sub par.
