Very nice staff and helpful always open doors getting elevator when getting there. Big and clean rooms and a good view had room at 19th floor will stay there again

Nous avons réservé une suite de 2 chambres pour 3 nuits. Très grand espace salon, cuisine, salle à manger. Une des chambre avait sa salle de bain attenante. Personnel très gentil et attentif. De petites cantines extérieures proposaient pad thai et riz frit délicieux, le tout à peu de frais. Dépanneur à même l’hôtel. La vue de nos balcons était magnifique. Seul bémol, nous devions prendre un taxi pour nous rendre aux endroits à visiter, l’emplacement de l’hôtel étant à bonne distance du centre-ville.

The staff were amazing. The inside of the hotel was nice. The hotel room was bigger than expected. It had a sink, good size fridge, table and chairs, big bed (too hard for my liking). The bathroom was the only downside. The toilet took multiple flushes or had to hold it for a long time. When showering, you either get cold water or hot water. No warm water, so that made it a struggle. The balcony view was nice. The cleaning staff did a great job. The parking structure was very tight but manageable. 7/11 was 1-2minutes away, walking. So that was a huge plus.

Great staff, bldg needs work
the staff gets 12 /10. Everyone is great. but the building is old, the outside needs a pressure wash, top to bottom, pigeons on the window sills are not attractive. Internet is non existant and the neighbor hood is not the best.

Dårlig beliggenhed, men gode værelser
Rigtig gode værelser, god service og god morgenmad - men omgivelserne er ikke særlig attraktive. Poolen virker offentlig og ikke særlig hyggelig, og i øvrigt lukket om mandagen. Hotellet ligger langt fra alting.

Don't go.......
This IS NOT an hotel. It is part of a condominium complex. There is no bar and a very limited "restaurant" that closes at 3pm although we went at 2.30pm and it was already closed. We booked for 2 nights but checked out after one. They did however refund the second night. Definitely one to avoid.

We had no idea about the scheduled electrical shutdown from 10am to 5pm for next day (15 Mar). It was not made known during our booking nor was it voluntarily informed as we were checking-in until we saw the notice on the reception counter top. Eventually we accepted the complimentary breakfast and bed to compensate for above. This was not forthcoming till we asked for something to be offered in return for the inconvenience. My hubby ended up staying in-room to work that day without aircon or electrical supply. Eventually he realised that he had to also work without WiFi and had to hotspot from our international data package. When we left the hotel last night, my kids stayed back in the room. This was after maintenence was completed. Their WiFi was very erratic and we could not contact my kids for at least 15 mins before we had to make an international call. When my husband tried to contact their phoneline for water, it was not going through. Swimming pool under reno - notice says that by March it will be finished but to date still work ongoing. We feedback regarding the above during check-out. The hotel had a nice facility and good service staff but it is very much disappointing that compensation or assistance is not proactive for shortfalls that guests face.

We were glad you accepted our compensation of complimentary breakfast for 5 people and complimentary extra bed for your whole stay for this unfortunate event and WIFI was actually part of the shutdown of electrical supplies with the connection of all the routers needed. As for the WIFI issue at night, we wish we were reported about the problem on the spot so we can send our engineer to check and provide you with the pocket WIFI. As for the swimming pool, it is not included in our facility list and the in-house notice displayed it will be re-opened in April. There might be some misunderstanding somehow. We are sorry that we didn't have a policy of covering for your Grab transportation to the airport as you requested in addition. I loved my stay at Riverfront Hotel, the apartment was very clean, cleaning staff are wonderful and the managers Rose and Belle, couldn’t do enough to help me, specially loved having a balcony with a view. Had to catch Taxis to get anywhere, but not expensive, easy to get to the shopping malls and the piers to catch riverboat, nice to arrive back at hotel after a busy day.

저는 리버사이드쪽 호텔을 페닌슐라, 아바니, 르부아를 경험해봤으며 이번이4번째 리버사이드쪽 호텔이였습니다. 사진상으로 보이는것보다 훨씬 뷰도 좋고 공간도 넓고 깔끔해서 정말 대만족이였습니다. 뷰가 사진상으로 보는것보다 훨씬좋습니다. 발코니가 있고 이런뷰에 이런가격이면 꽤 괜찮은 선택이였던것같습니다. 시내와 거리가 멉니다.(전 교통체증없을때 택시타고 나가서 없을때 들어와서 상관없었습니다) 주변에 아무것도 없습니다. (밤에 나오면 허허벌판에 아무리걸어도 뭐하나없어서 그냥 돌아와야함 무조건 택시.) 10미터 거리에 작은몰이하나있고 세븐일레븐편의점하나,한국식료품가게, 태국식료품가게, 레스토랑3개(한국포차(외국인이운영하는듯한)1개, 꽤 잘나오는 한국레스토랑(메뉴200개니까 기대금물)1개, 일본 스시포차1개) 미용실하나 마사지샾(아주머니)하나 이렇게 있습니다. 복도소리가 생으로 들리고 아마제 샤워소리도 코고는소리도 복도에서 들렸을겁니다.(워낙 호텔이조용해서 뭐 불편한건없었지만) 샤워기 헤드가 고정이고 그리고 부분부분막혀있어서 중요부분씻을때 애를먹을겁니다. 하루한번하는 샤워 뭐 크게 불편하진않았습니다. 대부분의 택시기사가 호텔을 모르며 위치찾기를 어려워합니다. 저도 처음에는 설명하다가 그냥 그랩을 이용했습니다. 아 그리고 여긴 레지던스입니다. 필요한 모든것이 있습니다. 냄비 칼 그릇 ... 그러나 커피포트가 없고 대신에 보온전기포트가있는데 일단 물이 안뜨거워서 컵라면이나 커피는 전자렌지에 한번더 데워야합니다. 그리고 방클린시 기껏담아서 데워 놓았던 물 세척해서 코드 빼놓습니다.

Covid-19 har gjort det svært at yde høj service. Fik stor hjælp ved indtjekning til at få styr på formalia. Restauranten var lukket, og måltider skulle spises på værelset. Morgenmaden var desværre kold begge dage.

Overall a very pleasant stay. Staff was very accommodating. Room was huge and came with all the amenities needed. Only tip would be to deep clean the sofa and curtains from time to time as the dust aggregated my allergies quite a bit.

중국인만 없으면 좋은 숙소
이 호텔은 전반적으로 편하고 좋아요. 시설도 나쁘지 않습니다. 그런데 중국 단체광광객들이 너무 많아서 밤에 복도에서 너무 떠들고 엘리베이터에 만원이 되도 계속 꾸역꾸역 타서 그 짜증이 말도 못합니다. 로비에서 짐풀고 거의 전쟁터였어요. 그것만 아니면 직원들은 다 친절하고 숙소도 괜찮습니다. 프론트에 있는 직원들이 제일 불친절하고 나머지 직원들은 엄청 친절합니다. 바로 건물 아래 세븐일레븐과 마사지샵 그리고 지하에 푸드코트가 있어서 편리하고 watdan 역 앞이라 편합니다.

Other than the location, we had a nice stay at Riverfront Bangkok. What totally made it for us was the staff, namely “Rin” the front desk manager. She was so gracious, kind, and attentive to every detail and requests we made. Speaking English fluently helped tremendously. House keeping staff, front door staff were always happy to see us no matter the short duration. Everyone greeted us with a smile. Thank you to RiN and the entire staff at Riverfront Bangkok! 😀

Pros and Cons
Quiet - but remote location (except for other noisy guests), great view, clean. Not much more to this hotel as far as places easy to hang out. Confusing to find at first. 7-11 and places to eat nearby are nice. BRT (fast bus) within easy walking distance leads to BTS (sky train) - which gives access to almost every part of Bangkok- easy once you've learned how it works. Free hotel shuttle great bonus! Bed was a tad too hard and no tub like pictured was disappointing. Otherwise happy to be there. Shuttle driver very helpful.

Dear Ms Karla, Thank you very much for taking the time to write about your stay at Riverfront Bangkok. It is our pleasure to hear that you were happy with your stay and enjoyed the view and our shuttle bus service. We do however apologize for the bed comfort. Topper is actually available on request for those who prefer softness. For the bathroom, the picture shown for the Studio Deluxe room type that you booked, is actually a shower but there might be a misunderstanding somewhere as the description in the system was somewhat mixed up. 従業員の応対はすごくよかったです。ですが、Wi-Fiが使えなかったり(ホテル側の設定ミスらしいです)、プールの利用方法の説明がなかったり・・・。
