Bra hotell like ved Sukhumvit
Vi hadde en deilig suite med to rom og et stort baderom. Drinker og snacks ble tilbudt gratis hver kveld i en lounge. Svømmebassenget var meget innbydende. Frokost buffeten var innholdsrik og god.

Veldig fint hotell
Veldig fint hotell. Litt lang gåavstand til shopping/uteliv. Men passer bra som familiehotell. Frokostbuffet var veldig bra og mye å velge i.

Very good hotel in the Sukhumvit area. The only disappointment was noise from the neighbour room through a connecting door. It was obviously closed but noise canceling not good enough. Friendly staff and great service level.

Moderne og flott hotell, bare røyking trekker ned
Jeg har bodd flere ganger på Novotel Sukhumvit 20 de siste årene og hotellet er blitt en favoritt for meg. Dette skyldes at hotellet er nytt og moderne, med flott beliggenhet og topp service. Rommene er godt utstyrt med moderne bekvemmeligheter, flott regndusj på badet og fine detaljer. Jeg valgte å oppgradere til Club-level, noe som kan anbefales.Det er veldig avslappende å nyte den flotte utsikten og solnedgangen fra loungen i 25. etasje til et par glass vin og deilig snacks i rolige omgivelser. Sky 20, den nye takbaren kan også anbefales. Frokosten imponerer, den er veldig innholdsrik og med god plass. Andre hoteller har problem med kødannelse foran kokken som lager omeletter og egg, men her var planløsningen meget god. Servicen til de ansatte i resepsjonen, poolbaren, rooof top bar og i club lounge er meget god. En negativ ting er at det er for mye sigarettrøyking på hotellet. Frokostsalen har en uteavdeling, der vi som kommer fra kalde land kan nyte å spise under åpen himmel, men dette blir ødelagt av askebegre på bordene og folk som kommer ut for å stå og røyke sigaretter. Synd å ødelegge denne delen av frokostrestauranten med passiv røyking og stinkende askebegre. Samme problem ved pool-ommrådet, der det er mange som sitter og røyker både ved bordene når andre skal spise lunsj eller ved solsengene. Mange store og velrenommerte hotellet har egne røykeområder ved bassengområdet der sigaretter ikke sjenerer andre gjester. Håper hotellet innfører røykeforbud i 2019.

Hotellet og fasiliteter var bra på alle måter, hjelpsomt personale , gode fasiliteter. Bare en ting var skuffende. Da vi ankom med flyet tidlig om morgenen ba vi om tidlig sjekk inn siden rommet var ledig. De forlangte nesten ett betaling for ett ekstra for det , noe vi avslo. Hadde ellsrts ett fint opphold der.

Nice hotel with a good location
A nice hotel at a good location. Only a 5 mins walk to Asok Sky Train station and several good and affordable restaurants nearby. Great views from the sky bar. The swimming pool is nice but a bit small.

Deilig hotell med flott beliggenhet, god service og fin frokost. Fint bassengområde. 30 meters gange fra hotellet til nærmeste spisesteder, 5 min til Skytrain. Anbefales alle, ser også barnevennlig ut med eget barnebasseng og lekerom. Veldig fin skybar i 26. etg.!

Good stay
Overall it was a good stay. Comfy bed gave me a good sleep. Area is ok with acceptable walking distance to bts. The bad experience I had was when they got me a taxi to the airport(don mueng). After few min drive the cab driver told me it would cost 600 bath + 120 for the high way. I argued and said I would only do the meter, but highway was fine. He refused and dropped me off and I had to get another taxi! This is something I expect hotel personal already have fixed! I was lucky I didn't miss my flight.

Our experience at Novotel was highly disappointing. The customer service was subpar, and we won't be returning or recommending it to anyone. Despite booking a two-night stay along with our friends, we were charged a deposit four times higher than theirs - $8000 baht compared to their $2000 baht deposit. When we politely inquired about the discrepancy, the staff was rude and dismissive. They told us not to worry about the larger deposit since we would get it back if there was no damage to the room. Even when considering adding breakfast to our reservation, we were quoted different rates than our friends who had just done the same. The entire stay was uncomfortable, with the night staff displaying unprofessional behavior. It's clear that it's an acceptable practice for them to profile guests and charge deposits accordingly. While we did eventually receive our deposit back, the whole ordeal left us feeling uneasy about the hotel's practices and treatment of guests.

Hotellet börjar bli ganska slitet och städningen i hörnen behöver bli bättre. Har bott här många gånger sen det öppnade för att det var rent och fräscht. Det ligger bra till och är fortfarande ganska prisvärt men letar nog efter ett nyare hotell till nästa resa.

Sehr gutes Stadthotel in top Lage bei mehreren großen Malls. Viele gute Essensmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. 7/11 ist 2min zu Fuß entfernt. Zimmer haben eine gute Größe, sind mittlerweile aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Schmälert den insgesamt guten Eindruck aber nur minimal. Der Infinitypool und die skybar sind absolut zu empfehlen, ebenfalls das sehr gute Frühstück mit einer reichhaltigen Auswahl. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt, danke für den schönen Aufenthalt 🙏
