Komfortabelt hotel med kort avstand til Impact messe og konferanse senter. ca. 1 - 1,5 time inn til sentrum

Not what I expected from 4 stars hotel
I was very disappointed as I expected more from a 4 star Hotel. The hotel needs renovation, especially in the rooms. It was poorly cleaned, soap was from pump bottles which is simple. There should be a comb, toilet brush, children's razor and better soap in a 4-star hotel. There was no face tissue in the room. It was expensive for the quality. I have stayed in cheaper hotels with better offers and quality.

Stayed at this hotel during the weekend when Suga was holding his concert there. The lobby and the morning buffet area was decorated with Suga's display. The effort the Novotel team had and made a lot of ARMYs felt very welcomed, myself included. Hotel is of walking distance to all exhibition halls and concert venues. Complimentary breakfast also have a wide variety of food to choose from. It takes about 20 minutes to DMK Airport by car. Just that to travel to the City Center (Siam/Pratunam) area takes a little longer and not much public transport nearby but grab is convenient as a backup.

お部屋は清潔かつ、広く快適です。 シャワーの出も良く、シャンプー、ボディソープも常設され良かったです。 IMPACTに用事があるなら最高の立地ですが、周りにお店が少なく、少し不便な立地です。 また朝食は美味しいですが、ベーコンが含まれず、少し寂しいラインナップでした。
