Sämsta området i Bangkok.
Smuts lite överallt. Personalen är trevlig och hjälpsam dock är det i Bangkoks sämsta område där folket är rätt trötta på turister. Ficktjuvar är inget vanligt i Bangkok (förutom i detta området). Hotellet ligger i Nana området som är känt för prostituerade och arabområde. Smutsigt och man känner att det ligger i luften med den dåliga attityden.

Easy commute around Bangkok
Comfortable room and bed close by BTS so it's easy to get around in Bangkok. Hotel is located in an area with lots of prostitution, so wouldn't recommend this area with children. Rooms are spacious and comfortable bed, nice cafes for breakfast available close by.

Supersentralt til god pris
Ønsker man å bo i nærheten soi 11, er dette ett ideelt hotel til en veldig god pris. Helt nytt hotel og man kan bli lurt av lobbyen. Rommene er kjempefine, store og moderne. Kjempefin resturant (Alex Bistro) ligger vegg i vegg med hotellet. Her er også frokosten. Kommer absolutt tilbake hit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Mercure. Our room was great, a good size and with everything we needed for our stay. Staff were friendly but not over bearing and location wise it couldn’t have been much better. A short walk to the BTS to explore the city but also plenty of bars and restaurants on your doorstep if you didn’t fancy going far. Pool area was clean and quiet and the bar well stocked.

There was a cockroach in the shower.. even after housekeeping came to make up the room, it wasn't removed. Staff was rude when we asked for late checkout. We get it that the occupancy level might be high, but there was no need to be snappy about it. Booked the hotel because it is an international chain but it fell short of that standard. Disappointed.

Having stayed here multiple times this place now feels like home. The staff is always super friendly and helpful.. love the covinience of having a grateful Asian fusion restaurant on premises that serves tasty food and also a great place for drinks on its outdoor deck. The hotel is right in the middle of a busy touristy street with many food options, rhtrntsinment snd good access to shoping and transportation.. but what I enjoy the most besides the convenience ds and comforts here are the people who wotkninnthe hotel.

Terrible reservation staff. Made reservations for three days, thru Expedia. Tried to extend at hotel for fourth. They stated could only extend for multiple two day says. I explained it would be a four day stay. They could not understand that and would only extend if I purchased two additional days. I checked out after three. Every room extremely noisey. From people walking on top, to the thumping bar music on the street. Street in front of hotel filled with Africans trying sell you drugs and ladyboy prostitutes standing in front of hotel, propositioning you.

Planted right in the middle of an entertainment area with plenty of outdoor eateries, cafes, bars, and restaurants and walking distance to Bumrungrad Hospital and Nana and Asok stations make this a great place to stay. There is a little bit of band noise at night but not enough to keep me awake
