«Location was great and hotel was nice, but the room was a little odd. They had us in a room that had diagonal piece extending out from the top of the room to half way down the wall, which made the room feel much smaller. Guess it's part of the of the building but I had never stayed in a room like that before. Wasn't a huge deal but I can't give it 5 stars when it certainly didn't feel "perfect".»

«Everything was extremely clean, easy, and comfortable at this property. It had everything we needed, from toiletries to kitchen items to good WiFi to plenty of hot water. The location was fantastic: super easy on/off the highway to connect to Banff Town and the Park. There's not plentiful space for 4 adults to relax on "comfy" furniture in the common area apart from utilizing the kitchen table, but we didn't need that. Highly recommend.»
