"We had an exceptional stay, with outstanding service throughout. A special thank you to Ruwan, Gayan and Ravindra in the palms restaurant for their professionalism and attentiveness, and to the Room Service-team for going above and beyond. Also a special thanks to Aleecha at the spa for an exceptional treatment. The professionalism and attention to detail demonstrated by the staff made our stay particularly enjoyable. Their genuine commitment to guest satisfaction was evident throughout. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be delighted to return."

Taj Samudra

10/10 Utmerket

"We had a wonderful stay at Taj Samudra Colombo. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was warm and welcoming. A special thank you to Fatima and Indunil, who served us at breakfast, as well as Dewmali and Chandana, for their exceptional service and genuine care. They made us feel more like personal guests than hotel guests, which made our stay truly memorable. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We look forward to visiting again."
