«First of all as every Centara hotel its perfectly located for food and shopping, you can walk trough the parking garage into Central and not get wet, which is a bonus when travelling in the rain season. We had a problem with our AC unit being a bit too cold no matter what we put the temperature at, but that is the only minus about the hotel / room. The hotel itself is beautiful but of course beginning to show signs of aging. Would stay here again »

«Fantastic hotel, with amazing service from the staff. Rooms very clean with quite high standards. Rooftop bars great, with overcoming prices compared to others. Great food also for dinner and breakfast. Short way from big shopping mall with all you need.. Louis Vuitton, Fendi, Cartier and so on. The distance from airport is about 45-60 minutes. And if you grab a limousine the distance feels even shorter..😊. We needed late check out because of our late night flight, and the longest we got was ...

«I had a nice 5 day stay in a club room. Spacious and clean. Food and drink prices are reasonable compared to other 5 star hotels in Bangkok. Service is great. Hats off to the staff in the club bar. Only problem is it was very little noice reduction from the next door room, but it was occupied only 1 night. During the earthqake the hotel ran as usual. I was on a high floor and it seems this hotel got through it nice and safe. I'll defenitely concider staying here on my next visit to Bangkok.»

«Centara Watergate Pavillion Hotel is a haven for me, I love this hotel. The primary reason is the friendliness of all staff, especially at the front desk, and their very good beds... I sleep like a child each time here. The hotel and the room has on all my previous visits been nothing but absolutely SPOTLESSLY clean.
