«Amazing experience 8 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the night bazaar. We were here during the great flooding in October 2024, and the hotel couldn't have handled it better. They tried their very best to keep the guest comfortable and safe. They offered different means of transportation to dry areas of the city. People were allowed to cancel their reservations to move other places. Best service ever! And at last a shout out to Joe in housekeeping, always smiling and willing to serve ...

«Bra beliggenhet, fint bassengområde og vennlig personal. Mye for pengene. Bassenget var stengt tidlig på nyttårsaften og frem til neste dag. Dette var ikke opplyst om før vi sjekket inn, hadde valgt et annet hotell hvis vi hadde blitt informert om det. Måtte derfor dra til et annet hotell på dagtid for å bade. »
