Hoteller i Ban Phae

«Old room, a bit noisy. Could hear the airplanes and the british couple fighting the next building over. Lovely staff - special mention to Phon the concierge and the man working the pool bar. I left some medication in my room and they had it ready for me to pick up when we went back later in the evening. A bit odd that they asked if i had left anything else in the room, but i couldnt think of any. Realised later I actually left some other items like a portable speaker so why didn't they just ...

«This is a wonderful resort not far from Chiang Mai. The check and and out was fast. The room was clean with a comfortable mattress. The pool was clean and nearby the room. The restaurant provided a good dinner. The breakfast buffet had made to order egg dishes, many hot dishes, pastries, Thai desserts and fruits. The grounds were very beautiful. I have stayed here on 3 different occasions and have enjoyed this resort. I recommend Horizon for a nice getaway»

«It’s a very nice hotel and the room and staff are incredible. The only downside is that is quite dad from the city and not much to do around. They should really start offering ice coffee»

«Fint hotel like ved Ping elven. Koselig hage mot elven. God frokost🙂»

«Hotellet var rent, flott beliggenhet og personalet var både blide og hjelpsomme. Flott opphold.»

«Air con in my room was not working, also had problems with connection to the TV via cromecast. The hotel fixed the issues after being made aware. »

«Room cleanliness is a bit sloppy. Stains on bed headboard, sofa need vacuuming and surfaces here and there need dusting. Breakfast has lots of options but quality isn’t the best. Still they deserve credit for overall feelgood I think reception and bellboys really do their best »

«Great place»

«Charming hotel, well placed near many markets. Large room, clean, friendly staff.»

«Service innstilt personale , fikk all hjelp jeg trengte , »

«Alt var bra bortsett fra takvifta som var over senga. Den blåste så kraftig selv på lav hastighet at lette ting blåste vekk og det var kaldt å ligge i senga uten dyna over seg. Hotellet var sentralt plassert, frokosten var god.»

«The staff were extremely kind!! However, the room had a bad odour and the bathroom had mould and the shower did not drain. The sink and the toilet were also gross. We were able to get a great tours of Chiang Rai and the elephant sanctuary and the location was fine - close to the night market (but still far from other things). Overall, I don’t want to insult the amazing people who work there, but I would not recommend.»

«Great service. Lovely people working there. The breakfast buffet don´t have too many for "western choices".»
