«The property manager was horrible, she was very aggressive when communicating. She tried to take my deposit for a broken lock that I have never touched. Very poor communication, I felt like I was in prison, because I wasn’t allowed to take visitors on her property. The housekeepers were more friendly and nice. «After researching TONS of rentals and hotels, we picked here and it was the best choice by far! I also looked at the other villas on the cove and we all agreed, this was the best one because of its position, and the indoor outdoor furnishings. «The design and layout of the house was more impressive than we could imagine from the online photos. Arriving to have a butler and kitchen staff was unexpected also. Not having to cook or clean is truly a vacation. We saved so much with the kitchen staff rather than eating out every meal. «The manager was rude and abusive to us and to Expedia when trying to resolve a problem. The description is false - there is no ocean view. Would have been helpful to know we had to provide toilet paper, paper towels and dishsoap. Would be nice to know this is a gated community and a rental car is needed to get groceries, get to swimming pool or eat out.»
