It features a living kitchen, a bedroom, a hallway and a small bathroom. A private garden with terrace and outdoor whirlpool is at your disposal.



Dogs are warmly welcome and stay free of charge. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, but if you do not wish to cook, two excellent hotel restaurants are just two minutes’ walk away. There, breakfast is also offered, as well as a shaded beer garden or an outdoor terrace with a wonderful view.



You are not only staying in the gentle, green hills of the Sauerland, but also enjoy the view of this landscape from your private terrace and can relax in your own securely fenced garden. Attractive hiking and cycling trails start right outside your door and lead you straight into nature. Rural life is very important here, so you can recover perfectly from everyday stress.



In the surrounding area, you will find numerous excursion destinations such as the Sorpe or Möhne lakes, the Felsenmeer, the Sauerlandpark, the Balver cave with its events and concerts, and much more – there is something for everyone.



A note about the small district of Eisborn: There are no usual shopping facilities here. However, for your daily needs, there is a farm shop about 20 minutes’ walk or 3 minutes’ drive away, where you can buy basic groceries of good quality. For larger purchases, the small town of Balve, 12 minutes’ drive away, is recommended, where you will find numerous shopping opportunities along the main street.
