«My room was not clean, the bed was particularly nasty and should not be in rotation. After calling the front desk I was initially denied a room change by the young lady working the desk, then I called corporate and suddenly they had a room. However, I asked management to inspect before I moved again and that room had the same issue and they could not get me another room. After a couple of hours the assistant manager spoke with the Manager and she agreed to fully refund the room, she was pleasant ...
