«Staff was friendly, room was very nice, and the location was great. I’d definitely stay here again, just not on the ground floor. Our suite was half a block from the lobby/cafe which proved annoying as it was rainy one day. The pool is nice, and was quiet tho only 2’10” and the “poolside menu” was pickup only, near the lobby. Parking lots ($20/day) were both a block away.»

«While across the street from Camden Yards, the area did not feel safe. The valet was a disaster. There were stretches when no one was available at all to help. Also, we came back one night and were told they were full up and wouldn’t be able to take our car. This occurred even though we were staying there and had already paid for the day. We ended up having to park in the garage of a neighboring hotel and had to pay to park there as well.»

«The staff was awesome, the hotel was very clean, the breakfast was delicious, 12pm check out, the parking was easy and affordable. I felt safe until in the middle of the night we were contacted by my brother who was also staying there asking where we were. We let him know we were in bed, it's after 1 am. «The hotel was recently renovated and all facilities are lovely. Expect the exterior to be the same and enjoy its perfect location near the harbor. In general the staff was attentive and welcoming. It is a very busy week, so we must be patient with those that were not. A special complement to housekeeping. Wash cloths like rosettes and tissues like fans!»

«Hadde bestilt suite m sovesofa og kingsize-seng. Soveofaen var umulig å ligge på, så min venn måtte sove på vanlig sofa som heller ikke var god. Alarmen ringte kl 06.00 og 06.15, noe vi ikke hadde bestilt og ødela søvn. Ellers hyggelig personale og flott beliggenhet.»

«I was in town for a concert, and all of the staff were amazing. The rooms were clean, the front desk staff were very kind and professional, and the bartender was fantastic. I would also like to thank Ms. Tyra (I believe she was the AGM) for all of her help with my reservation. I had some issues with how I booked the room, but she was very accommodating and went above and beyond to assist me. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to others.»
