«THIS HOTEL COULD REALLY BE SO MUCH MORE IF THE OWNERS REALLY PUT THEIR MINDS TO IT. THE ROOMS ARE WELL APPOINTED AND VERY COMFORTABLE BUT THERE CLEARLY IS A GREAT LACK OF TRAINING AND UNDERSTANDING OF WHAT A HOTEL SHOULD BE LIKE. THE DOORS DID NOT OPEN WITHOUT HAVING TO BE SLAMMED IN USING THE SHOULDER (THIS IS TRUE). THE IRON DID NOT WORK. THERE WAS NOT ENOUGH FOOD FOR BREAKFAST, THE ESTABLISHMENT RAN OUT OF BREAD, MILK ETC. AND GUESTS WERE LEFT WITH NO BREAKFAST AND ONE OF THE SHAREHOLDERS ...

«This B&B made our Christmas! It was so beautiful, clean and like nothing I've stayed in before. The staff were all exceptionally kind and helpful. We loved our two nights so much we booked a third. If I'm ever in Ballito again I will absolutely be staying here. »

«A few hiccups at the start of my first residence at Sala Beach House could have ended in disaster. But Henk, Thabo ( a great sommelier) and the efforts of the wider Team turned it round. So much so that I booked my next stay before i left for my Daughter and I!»
