The ground floor also includes an open dining room and a fully equipped open kitchen, as well as a shower and WC. On the upper floor, the first bedroom is appointed with 1 double bed composed of 2 x 90 cm, 200 cm in length, and features a flat screen satellite TV, with direct access to a 20 m2 balcony.
