Villa Zelena for 8 people is located not far from the very center of the beautiful Istrian municipality of Bale and Rovinj which are distinguished by its natural resources and rich cultural and architectural heritage.
On a spacious garden , guests have at their disposal a swimming pool of 70 m2, two covered terraces, one of which has a dining table.
On the ground floor of the house there is an open space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and living room with a sofa and a fireplace. There is also a separate toilet and a bedroom with double bed and private bathroom. On the first floor of this beautiful villa, there are three bedrooms with double bed, each with its own bathroom, and one with access to a spacious balcony with new furniture and panoramic sea view and olive grow view. Additionally there is an utility room with washing machine and dryer. The villa has a cooling and heating system which constantly can give you a perfect temperature of the villa. All Bathrooms have showers.
Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or bachelor/bachelorette parties. The youth group in this facility consists of people aged 26 or under. It is not allowed to book this accommodation if you are a group of young people or you are planning a bachelor/bachelorette party or any other party, because your reservation will be rejected after you have made the reservation, which can happen when you arrive at the facility or during your stay. In this case, the money will not be returned to you.
