Told me would give me a refund, but told me had to contact VBRO and when i did, she just never responded back to me. Its understandable that i wouldn't get a refback but dont say youll give someone a refund back and then ignore them.»

«The lady at the desk, Alexis, was very professional, kind, and helpful. She was also very quick and knowledgeable. The room I had was clean as a whistle. The only downside was that there was no soap in the bathroom, however if I had gone and asked I’m sure it would’ve been provided to me. Keep up the good work! »

«For our 50th Class Reunion, the Henry House was perfect. Debra was an ideal host. She let us check in early and made certain all was to our liking. The ambiance of the house was so peaceful. My husband said there was a sweet spirit in this house, and there was. I particularly loved the way Debra stayed true to the character of the original home. We loved it and will come again!»

«This is a very well kept property, clean grounds and clear rooms with nice beds. Only problem was Expedia has the check out before noon, but the owner said I was making that up, so we had to pull up the Expedia site and sure enough check in at 2pm check out before noon»
