«This hotel is a bit out of the main center, so a lot of the meal delivery services and the nightspots are not right outside. You might have to walk about a kilometer to find a convenience store, so you're going to have to rely on room service. Which is good.»

«Booked two days here for attending a day cruise in Ha Long Bay. When we arrived the hotelroom was dirty. The walls had stains and the room was dirty. The bedsheets were also not clean and had stains. The receptionist was very helpful and got us a new room. However this also had stains on the bed sheets. There was a musty smell in both rooms.
We left one day early, since we didn’t want to stay here for one more night. »

«Staff were friendly, food was tasty and rooms were modern. The air con needed to be a bit more powerful or fixed but the fan they left in the room helped.
In a quiet area. Restaurant was good and a reasonable price. Also beer was the cheapest we had seen.

«Cannot find any fault at this hotel. Did not try out the pool, and sadly the rooftop bar was not open. Hotel felt fresh and clean. Room in nice size even the one I had with no window. Bathroom and shower is spacious enough. Bed is comfortable. Everything smells nice. Breakfast is okay. »

«The highlight of my Vietnam trip I had a blast. My main issue was with their lack of coordination when it came to payment. They sent me a false billing statement that I had email about to be reassured I wasn’t being over charged. Then on the voyage, they wrongly tried to overcharge us for cocktails, and we had to insist that the manager was wrong to sort out the charge. There are a few other instances of this un-attentiveness that I will spare the details of.

«The room was excellent, the front desk staff was good but Chan in particular excelled. She was so helpful, polite and friendly that it made my stay. I don't go to another country expecting them to speak English, it is the world's second choice for a language and the main language of tourism so its was a bonus that Chan spoke very good English. Great value, friendly servers for breakfast and very efficent cleaning staff. Most important to me was that it was what it appears to be on the listing. ...

«I enjoyed my stay here very much, my room was very clean and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised with how new everything looks and how big my room was, definitely a great value when compared to the hotels I stayed at in Hanoi.
