«La chambre était globalement sale. Le four ne marchait pas, le frigo marchait peu. Les tapis étaient tachés et avec des traces de brûlures. La chambre n’était pas isolé (extérieur et intérieur) : Bruits de voiture, ludique et klaxonne venant de l’extérieur. J’ai du appeler la réception chaque nuit afin qu’ils fassent cesser la musique des voisins de l’étage. De plus, il n y avait pas de tables de ping pong contrairement à ce que montrait les photos. La chambre sentait le tabac.»

«A great property with well appointed rooms, good quality facilities and top brand appliances. Housekeeping were really great and all staff were very welcoming and professional. We didn’t have much expectations when booking this property and was a bit nervous about how it would be as we’ve had bad experiences with serviced apartments before however this was truly great and so glad we booked. «Came to this apartment with my family. Unfortunately the previous guest smoked in the room and the entire apartment was full of that smell. Reported it to the management which reacted only by spraying the apartment with air refresher which is not the ideal anyway. They should have checked that beforehand. Although not their fault previous guests smoked its their responsibility to ensure its not affecting next guests. Beside this the pool was non operational, same with the jacuzzi. Staff was ...

«The property itself is very good, modern, well-appointed and well-kept. My suite was huge and well-equipped, good kitchen area, tvs and great bed. Staff were unobtrusive and helpful when needed. The area itself is still under development, with many vacant lots and traffic basically using sand tracks in some places. This made the walk to the local mall/hypermarket rather tricky, so taking a cab is recommended. »
