I recently stayed in room 11 with my 2 teenagers: a queen bed, facing a small kitchenette with a bathroom beyond that and another bed in a loft accessible by a ladder. The loft aspect wasn't clear in the description but was a nice surprise for my 19 yo who was craving a little privacy. However had that been the only bed available to me, I would have struggled with the ladder. Another note regarding mobility: this hotel, like MANY others we stayed at in Europe, does not have an elevator *and* the stairs are winding and somewhat steep. I managed fine but could be an issue for some. We didn't use the kitchenette but it was well furnished with a two-burner stove top/hot plate, generous mini fridge, sink and dishes/cutlery/cookware and 2 stools at the end of a raised counter for an eating surface. Much appreciated: two bottles of still water a Nespresso machine & pods in the room. The buffet breakfast was truly outstanding with lots of choices (cheeses, pastries, fruit, etc.) and eggs prepared to order. Great coffee machine to boot. The only negative: we didn't get an access code for the key lockbox the evening before. We arrived to no one on site; it took many emails/texts/calls before we were sent the code. They said it "had been sent via Expedia that morning as in the attached pdf" but there was no pdf--not sure if that was due to Expedia or the hotel. I recommend future guests be certain to get the code before arrival. Otherwise a very comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Butik otel,sehrin tam merkezinde,odalarda temizlik mükemmel, sabah kahvaltısı olağanüstü Resepsyonda calisan cok misafirperver ve cana yakindi.Bize cok yardimci oldu.Hemen yakininda market ve restoranlar mevcuttur.oda cok temiz ,yataklar cok rahat ve temizdi. Odada mini mutfak kucuk ihtiyaclar icin cok iyi dizayn edilmisti..Otelin tek dezavantaj asansör olmayisi idi.yasli turistler icin biraz zor olabilir.fiyat skalasi normaldir.

Séjour en famille, fort agréable Bâtiment de caractère, très propre, le personnel a été formidable avec nous Petit déjeuné très correct, déco agréable Seul hic le stationnement et pas d’ascenseur mais c’est ce qui fait au final tout son charme Hôtel à quelques minutes de tout

Whimsical, magical, beautiful perfect boutique hotel. So tastefully decorated. Clean. Quiet. The staff are so helpful and pleasant. The hotel itself was a highlight of our trip! We are looking forward to returning!

Fine for solo travellers
So it was an odd but not unpleasant stay at Rose Boutique. There are big positives. It has a great location tucked away from noise and traffic, has a Netto supermarket 30seconds walk and is about 5mins walk to the central plaza. The rooms are nicely furnished, had a big shower and even a small kitchen with fridge that was really useful. The negatives though really let down the experience for me. The service was poor - my flight arrived late so the hotel was locked with no staff around and no instructions in English to understand how to enter. It took me 20mins to reach someone and was directed to a lock box with my room/entrance key. My room, whilst nice, had a strange smell and as a single occupant they'd only given me a single duvet for my double bed which just seemed weird. I didn't actually see a staff member until I was moments from checking out when there was a banging on the door telling me I was late checking out, despite my Hotels.com confirmation clearly showing otherwise. The curt staff member told me I should take it up with Hotels.com and that I was being let off a €15 late check out fee because it was my 'first time'. I have to say it really took the shine off an otherwise lovely weekend in Baden Baden. All in all, looking at other reviews, there seems to be an issue with staff and guests feeling welcome. Something to work on I guess.

La camera e bagno ben accessoriati e funzionali (tranne che gli sgabelli solo 2 anziché 4). Abbiamo sofferto molto il caldo (la nostra camera al secondo piano (sottotetto) con scale molto ripide. Parcheggio auto a pagamento vicinissimo. Tassa di soggiorno solo cash e senza ricevuta. Nel complesso positivo.

Klein aber fein! Besonders praktisch war der Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Liebevoll angerichtetes Frühstück. Ventilator im Zimmer und Begrüßungsgetränke (Wasser, Tee, Kaffee) Das Zentrum nur ein paar Schritte zu Fuß entfernt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Mi estancia no se realizó porque tuve que suspender el viaje. Por un error la aplicación de hoteles.com mi reserva no aparecía por lo que no caí en la cuenta de anularla en plazo como hice con el resto. Puesto en contacto al día siguiente a la reserva tanto con el hotel como con hoteles.com ninguno ha mostrado empatía alguna viéndome obligado a pagar la totalidad de la reserva a pesar de no haber hecho uso de la habitación. POCA ELEGANCIA, DECEPCIONANTE TRATO Y NULA EMPATÍA. NO RECOMIENDO NI ESTA APLICACIÓN NI ESTE HOTEL

Get the code to the key box in advance!
Had a nice stay. It was very hard to get ahold of the reception as they apparently close at 2 on Sundays. If you book this hotel, make sure you get the code to the key box in advance. Fortunately we found a nice little lunch restaurant nearby where we could spend 1,5h before the hotel returned my call to tell me the code to the key box. Very nice breakfast. Found an unidentified bug in the room but it was big (not a lice, flee or bed bug) so I guess that's just German fauna. Overall nice stay and the room was clean.

Fabulous stay, good buffet breakfast and comfortable, spacious rooms. Heads up: no air conditioning in the bedroom and summer is quite warm.

Wir verschicken bei der Buchung immer einen Keycode, um ausserhalb der Öffnungszeiten selbstständig einchecken zu können. Die Bestätigung mit Keycode ging an Ihres Expedia Accounts. Wir bedauern, dass Sie diese Email nicht gesehen haben, wo alle wichtige Anreise Informationen hinterlegt sind. Auch wenn wir nicht sofort telefonisch erreichbar waren, waren wir innerhalb eine Stunde vor Ort und haben Ihnen beim Check-In geholfen und uns für die Wartezeit entschuldigt. Wir sind Ihnen mit einem Späten Check-out entgegen gekommen obwohl alle Zimmer für diesen Tag neu reserviert waren und haben Sekt und Wasser von der Minibar nicht weiter in Rechnung gestellt. Wir finden es wirklich schade, dass Sie uns dennoch so mangelhaft bewerten. Wir wünschen Ihnen eine schöne Weihnachtszeit und alles liebe für 2020. Das Rose Boutique Hotel Team

Sehr charmantes Hotel an guter Lage. Ruhig und auch mit ÖV gut erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Gästebetreuung herzlich. Auch Frühstück hat uns geschmeckt. Kleines feines Hotel, in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Danke an das kompetente Frauenteam!

Eine wunderschöne und sehr gemütliche Unterkunft im Herzen von Baden-Baden. Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr leckeres Frühstück mit regionalen Produkten. Geräumige Zimmer in schönen und modernen Design. Gemütliche Betten und schöner indirekter Beleuchtung. Tolle Regendusche und gut riechenden Pflegeprodukten. Enge Treppe zu den Zimmern. Mit körperlichen Einschränkungen nicht zu empfehlen.
