The 55 m³ apartment consists of a living room with an adjoining dining area and kitchen. The bedroom is separate. A bathroom and a hallway complete the layout. The residential complex is located on a cul-de-sac at the edge of the forest and is accessible by car. Parking spaces are available. On the 2nd floor, there is a swimming pool and a sauna, which can be used depending on availability. Many attractions are within walking distance (shopping promenade, saltwater bath, spa park, and mini-golf). The apartment has step-free access and is also suitable for people with physical disabilities. In addition to the accommodation rate of 59 euros per night, there is a one-time cleaning fee of 50 euros. A laundry package is available for 15 euros per person. A visitor’s tax of 3.00 euros per person per night is charged for guests aged 18 and older.
