En veldig fin familieresort med fine bassengområder. Maten var, til all-inclusive å være, veldig bra! Det som trekker ned var noe slitt standard på rommet. Videre var ikke renholdet tilfredsstillende. Personale ble gjort oppmerksomme på dette uten at det ble tatt tak i. Videre var ikke bassengene oppvarmet. Dette gjorde badetemperaturen noe kjølig nå i november. Lekeparken fremstod også noe slitt. Men alt i alt ett flott hotell!

We have absolutely loved our stay at Olympic lagoon. The food and drinks are amazing, the staff can’t do enough for you. The kids entertainment is on all day and the evening shows are fantastic. We also ate at the seven orchards restaurant and again the food and staff were amazing. Really recommend this hotel will definitely be returning.

We were asked what time we would arrive, we told them 3pm and we were virtually on the dot, check in was taking a little while and then we were told they had a “ nice room “ for us but unfortunately due to a late checkout it wouldn’t be ready until 19.30 that evening, they gave us another room upstairs ( we were staying in the Fisherman’s village) this was a very disappointing start as we felt we couldn’t settle in , but thought at least we should be able to secure a late check out ourselves when we left. We were told they couldn’t tell us until the evening before - again left in limbo. Eventually when we asked they said they were fully booked and we couldn’t have the same service essentially , the staff member said to check in the morning ( clearly wanted to pass the buck) after complaining to Expedia we received a phone call next morning , as a gesture of goodwill from management we could after all have a late check out , miraculously . Food was often cold and repetitive . Majority of staff were rude with few exceptions , made to feel things were too much effort , asked for some fresh milk as it was off at breakfast and a cup as we had already poured it into our coffee , the server rolled his eyes and audibly huffed as he took it away. Exceptions were Veronika around the pool who remembered what drinks we liked and when and Elena the housekeeper. The bathroom would flood from under the bath when we showered . Room was clean but pillows were very lumpy.

Amazing hotel! Lovely rooms, everything spotlessly clean. Everybody is so friendly, helpful and attentive. Swimming pool delightful. Food in the buffet restaurant and snackeria brilliant, highly recommend the apple martinis! Would give the Cypriot restaurant a miss unless you have a strong stomach - a taster menu so you don’t get to choose what comes out.

The truth about this property is that it is a good 4 star hotel. Buffet restaurant quality and selection is more 3 / 3.5 star. Asian, Cypriot and great Great restaurants very good but Asian excellent. Evening shows very good quality in good venue. As good member in family suite our room faced car park and motorway very disappointed. I would not return or recommend this hotel based on our experience. Room was not like pictures we had bunk beds in the room…. Overall pretty disappointed.

Fantastic stay
Just back from a fantastic stay at Olympic Lagoon. What a great well run resort. We had a Family Suite which had a King bed and twin beds in. The room facilities were really good apart from the mini bar. No idea why they couldn't pop in a few beers and some wine. However there were dressing gowns, slippers, a safe, teas and coffee, a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. There was excellent WiFi throughout the resort. The food options here were really good. The buffet had such a great choice at all meals. For breakfast you could order pancakes or omelettes at your table. Apart from that a selection of most things you could think of. For lunch the sushi was lovely and we had some every day. We went to 2 of the a la cartes that you need to book in advance. We found some availability but you probably need to book these as soon as you arrive. They did offer to do it at Guest Services for us but we did it online.Captains Deck was the Cypriot restaurant and we found it a bit hit and miss. Quick service though so we didn't eat as much as we would have liked as the plates were piling up. Garibaldi's was the Italian restaurant and the food there was lovely. We had a 9.00 pm booking though and ended up rushing through our meal as there was no-one left there apart from us and the staff understandably seemed keen to close up. The pool bar staff were absolutely amazing. They were all so efficient often taking and making 3 or 4 different orders at a time. They were also really flexible at mak

One of the best hotels I've ever staid
One of the best hotels I've ever staid. The service, food, cleaning, evening shows, every single detail are of a high quality. Hotel is not new built but is very good maintained. The only down side is that land view rooms are looking into hotel's technical back yard and on the highway so you'd not like to spend time on the balcony. Hotels is not a beachfront, but one of the most beautiful beaches in Ayia Napa is just 5 minutes walk away. Great hotel.

Had a good experience but one issue: saw online that we can only book restaurants via Kiosk at the resort but when we arrived, all restaurants were booked and then had to put our name on waiting list. There should be an option to book restaurants online when we book the resort as well.

Buffé: Går inte att jämföra med bufférestauranger på andra hotell. I stort sett samma mat varje kväll och helt utan finess. Så trist. Dryck: Finns enbart budgetviner som inte smakar speciellt bra (det röda är lokalproducerat och smakar saft och vitt är någon Retsina-variant). I baren håller drinkarna svajig kvalitet och läsk/juiceingredienserna är ”billiga kopior”. Städning: Både i badrummet och sovrummet städas aldrig mer än absolut nödvändigaste. Dock får man nya handdukar oavsett om man hängt upp de gamla eller ej. Pooler: Vi var där i okt/nov och poolerna var iskalla. Ca 18 grader. Havet däremot bjöd på 24 grader. Service: Trevlig och vänlig personal i baren och Snackbaren. Men Front desk-personalen har inte förstått vad service innebär.

Very well maintained and clean. Excellent food selection. Allocation of sun beds works well and removes the stress of having to bagsy a bed every morning. Outward facing rooms had poor views. Very difficult to book restaurants as mostly booked up already when we arrived.

The hotel is really nice, and the shows are also very nice. The hotel is clean. There is a lot of english peoples, maybe 80%. We didnt like the food in the hotel and in the restaurants.

Very clean and well run 5 star Hotel. Only minor issues was that all of the restaurants that required reservations were either full, closed on the day we wanted to go or didn't allow children after 8. Would be nice if this was better explained on in the Hotel website . Having said this we still manage to book 2 restaurants. Although we did need to get a baby sitter as one of these reservations was after 8pm. Excellent pools and other facilities. Xpereince entertainment area was good.

Good hotel in a superb location next to the beach. Service was great, staff attentive and courteous. The hotel is kept very clean and the pools are inviting. Plenty of sun beds, deck chairs and seating around the hotel. Lazy river was enjoyable. It was a little difficult trying to book into preferred ala carte restaurants, but the buffet was good.
