Flott renhold, men ikke topp service og fasilitet
Topp renhold. Men sola forsvinner tidlig fra bassengområdet. Tverre ganske sure i resepsjonen. Alt i alt: Velg et annet hotell! Det er svært mye bra å velge i, så styr unna dette.

Ayia Napas beste beliggenhet
Ideell beliggenhet ved havna og stranda, nederst i gate med mange restauranter og butikker. Kort veg til alt. Variert og god frokostbuffet med god servise. Smakfull middagsbuffet. Kaldt vann i bassenget i april, men mange badet likevel. Gode senger. Rene håndklær daglig og hyppig skifte av sengetøy. Godt renhold. Etterfylling av kaffe og te. Bodde på bakkeplan med badekar, men venner lenger opp hadde dusj. Lune dyner tidlig på våren. Varierer om rommene har en stor seng med dobbel dyne, eller separate senger med enkeltdyner.

Flott beliggenhet. Dårlig mat og service generelt
Flott beliggenhet av hotel. Lite imøtekommende i resepsjonen. Grinete. Koselig hotel. Forferdelig dårlig smakløs mat. Vi valgte full pensjon. Mye teste mat. Fikk ofte ikke drikke til maten før man var halveis ferdig å spise. Hadde det ikke vært for 2 flotte personer i restauranten som jobbet for 2 hadde servicen vært helt bånn i bøtta.

Ok hotell, nært stranden, stille og rolig område. Nært til det meste. Grei frokost. Eneste minus var at det var mugg i vannkokeren, så den hadde ikke vært rengjort/brukt på lang tid.

Sur kvinnelig resepsjonist
En uke med sol og bading. De fleste soldagene ble tilbragt på stranden like ved. God frokost buffet. Hyggelig betjening, men opplevde dårlig service fra enkelte i resepsjonen på dagtid. Virket til tider sure og lite behjelplige.

Fin beliggenhet i sentrum
Spurte om å få bytte rom med mere sol på terrassen mot ekstra betaling og dette ble ikke imøtekommet til tross for lite belegg i denne perioden.I tillegg er det merkelig at når det står kopper+vannkoker på rommet at man ikke får kaffe/teposer, når man spør i resepsjonen, blir man bedt om å kjøpe det selv. Handler om småbeløp i forhold til romprisen. Betjeningen i restauranten var imidlertid veldig imøtekommende og serviceinnstilt, her føler man seg velkommen. Frokostbuffeten var også bra. Manglende terskel på ytterdøren gjorde at vinden blåste rett inn på rommet.

Partial Sea View
We booked a sea view room but you could not see the sea until you walked to the end of the room and full sea view was only possible from the edge of the balcony due to an obscuring wall. There were no other rooms available unless we paid a lot extra for an executive suite. The room should be described as partial sea view and charged accordingly. Avoid rooms 222, 322, 422 and 522.

if this hotel was any closer to the ocean it would be in it it was very easy to find it has everything we could ask for and at a very reasonable price we liked it so much that we are staying an extra night ,also they have a great complimentary breakfast

Alles war wunderbar, besonders hervorzuheben ist der schöne Ausblick vom Balkon. Nicht so gut gefallen hat uns das Frühstück. Getränke wie Kaffee, Kakao oder Saft schmeckten schlecht.
