«Delightful well-equipped villa with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and sea. Many places to eat within a short distance by car. Martin and Jules were on hand to give advice if needed but all the information we required was in the information pack so could just relax and enjoy the sunshine and swimming pool. Overgrown garden, particularly the banana palms alongside the villa completely shades the pool area in November, but i suspect this wouldn't have been an issue earlier in the year, or if the palms had been trimmed. «It was ok in the main but had some issues with cleanliness. Cobwebs, pool with a few dead insects in the bottom , dead mosquitoes in all the light fittings and smelly drains. «The villa is absolutely gorgeous. Couldn’t quite believe it when we got there. It’s spacious inside and with lots of space in the garden. We got tons of sun in the garden at all times of day but could get shade in the patio if it got too hot, and the hedges were nice to have privacy sunbathing. The location was also great. Good location, 10 min walk to supermarket, 15 min walk to beatifull beach & Coral Bay trip where there are plenty of good restaurants & bars. Will definitely use Villa Michalis again. Moldy, run down & disappointing.
"If you are looking for a cheap and rundown hotel for your holiday, here you have it. This hotel has mold in so many places - our toilet, the pool area. Look around and you’ll find it. Our room had exposed electrical cables, exposed water tubes and the furniture needed an upgrade to so many degrees. The jacuzzi water was deeply dirty. The indoor pool was cold. The outside pool was missing tiles (imagine cutting yourself there?). Just a weird, run down place overall. The staff is nice though, and when we had problems with the flushing in our toilet, they promptly gave us access to another toilet. They didn’t seem too pleased that we complained, however. Looking back, I would rather have paid more just to be in a better hotel. "
