Axminster is a mile away, with shops, inns, restaurants, a sports centre and the famous River Cottage shop. The Axe Valley provides lovely walking opportunities and there are many coastal walks along the Dorset and East Devon Heritage coastline. Charmouth, Bridport, Lyme Regis, Sidmouth, Beer and Branscombe are within easy reach. There are many local attractions including Abbotsbury, Crealy, Bicton Park, Burrows Farm Gardens and numerous National Trust properties including Killerton and Knightshayes Court. This delightful traditional cottage is part of a complex of three charming properties. On entering you will find yourself in the welcoming and cosy lounge, equipped with Smart TV/DVD, hi-fi, iPod dock, and wood burner effect electric fire in a lovely feature fireplace. Moving into the spacious and elegant kitchen/diner, you will find everything you may need during your stay. The stylish kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, large electric range style oven, microwave and coffee machine. The bright and inviting dining area is ideally situated. The washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the utility room. There is also a ground-floor shower room with WC. Heading upstairs you will find three comfortable bedrooms, all with TVs: one king-size, one twin and a double. You will also find the bathroom, complete with roll-top bath, separate shower cubicle and WC. Stepping outside, you can relax in the charming enclosed garden area with garden furniture, sun loungers and BBQ. Children can enjoy the play facilities in the owners' large shared garden, including play equipment, swings and a Wendy house.
