«The property is exactly as advertised. Clean, compact, and homey. Check in was a breeze due to keyless entry and the code being shared before arrival. The garden was gorgeous! A lovely location to spend a few days. Marvin is a responsive host, he answered all my questions and emails both prior to and during the stay. Close to several beautiful areas and beaches. We saw so much of the countryside and ate at several great restaurants.»

«The cottage is perfect for 2 and very quiet. There is access to the beach a few blocks away and the drive to local restaurants in Cayucos or Morro Bay is very short and Sea Shanty is a short walk for some excellent food in large portions.»

«My wife and I stayed for a few days to celebrate an anniversary. The cottage was clean, check in was easy and communication was great both before and during our stay. We did not use the stove, BBQ, Porch, hot tub or pool so cannot comment on those. The two main issues with this unit are 1. the water heater is an RV style water heater and runs out of hot water after a 6 minute shower and 2. there is not a bathtub so may not be a good fit for little kids after the beach. This was not mentioned in ...

Incredible ocean views from the deck and all the front rooms, nice touches like coordinated dish and glassware, antique furniture and decor (too fancy for little ones), fully stocked bathrooms and kitchen, quiet and comfy bedrooms - I could go on and on!»
