*The property consists of 2 separate homes: one main house (3 bedrooms) and one ADU (2 bedrooms). The ADU is an upstairs garage apartment, with the movie theater/gym/dedicated workspace on the lower level. You will have access to all of these spaces.

**Please leave your fur children at home. Pets are not permitted due to allergies. If pets are on the property, your reservation will be cancelled and you will be charged an additional $300 pet hair/dander clean-up fee.
