The apartment itself is about 500 square feet and is located in SoCo, 5 minutes from Central Downtown Austin. A group of adults and children can certainly fit well, but a group of 3 adults might be a tight squeeze.

Situated in 78704, which is known to be Austin's most desired zip code, you can be sure of great city amenities you could visit conveniently. From great dining restaurants that offer savory cuisines, up to luxury shopping boutiques you could visit, this location is truly a perfect spot for you!

This elegant and cozy 1B1B unit is just located on the south side of Downtown Austin which is just 3 miles away. This gives you direct access and just walking distance to supermarkets you could go into for groceries. Sunset Oasis features a king-sized bed, coffee maker, and microwave, plus a bistro table with seating for two. There is a full kitchen, bathroom with tub, high-speed wifi, and AC to bring you comfort. The location is super close to all that Austin has to offer, including SXSW and ACL.

The Neighborhood:
The South 1st Street area is near SoCo (South Congress), downtown, and many of the best green areas in Austin (Zilker & Barton Creek Greenbelt). Strolling on SoCo you'll find many cheap eateries, cool thrift stores, and Austin classic dive bars.

Everyone comments that our home is in the PERFECT location for convenience, close to anywhere you need to be in Austin. Check the reviews to confirm!

Getting Around:
There is a bus stop right in front of the complex, and it is an easy drive to downtown. Just take 1st street all the way in. Getting around is quick and easy. The apartment is situated between major access highways: 290 (south) and Mopac (west) as well as major local road Lamar, with great food and shopping all around. Downtown Austin is just 3 miles down the road, if you just take South 1st you will reach it. There is FREE parking on the premises.

We are pet-friendly but do require a pet fee. It's in our house rules down below.

This is on the third floor and there is an elevator.

Especially when it's hot, Austin does have bugs. We do regular pest control and we can have someone come out if you do see anything.

We make sure to provide basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supply especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own.

There's a security camera pointing at the door entrance, as well as noise detector inside the property.
