The space
Stay minutes from downtown without all the hassle of an overcrowded hotel pool or traffic. This house offers everything you need. Plenty of outdoor space, lots of green lush grass and a separate pool house with mini kitchen.

Other things to note
Lawn and pool is managed weekly and they may come during your visit, but they have the gate code and will not knock on the door. If anyone comes to the door then please send them away.

Trash is Wednesday and needs to be placed curbside Tuesday evening and put back at the house after pickup.

*The pool is available to be heated upon request for an additional fee. Rates are determined based on time of year and price of propane. No charge to heat the hot tub. Hot tub has to be manually turned on. If you need to know how let us know.

* Occupancy Tax - Due to the property's location, the Occupancy Tax is only 6% and not the normal 15%. This amounts to a 9% tax savings over other properties located in Austin which must charge 15%. On a nightly rental of $2K, this is a $180 savings per night.
