Casa Peña is located in South Austin, one of the city's most beloved and eclectic areas known for its local eateries, coffee shops, live music venues, and laid-back charm. Guests love being close to South Austin favorites like Michelin-starred LeRoy and Lewis Barbecue while having downtown, South Congress, and Zilker Park all within easy reach (approximately 15-20 min drive). It's an ideal home base for exploring the city while enjoying a quieter place to wind down at the end of the day.

Guests will have full private access to the entire home and backyard. The garage is not available for parking but there is ample driveway parking for multiple vehicles with additional street parking as needed. Guests are welcome to use the washer and dryer located in the garage for laundry during their stay; however, the garage is intended as a utility space only.

The home features self check-in via smart lock for convenient and flexible arrival. Detailed access instructions will be provided prior to your stay.

We do have a locked closet for storage that is not accessible to guests.

Additional amenities include high speed Wifi, central air conditioning and heating, and free driveway parking space. There is a washer and dryer in the garage available for guest use as well.

Most guests find Austin is best explored by car, though CapMetro does have bus and bike services throughout the city. Free driveway parking is available at the home and ride share services are plentiful.

- Smoking and pets are not allowed on the property.
- Trash pickup is every Monday morning.
- To enhance security, this property is equipped with exterior surveillance cameras, solely monitoring outdoor areas without invading your privacy indoors.
- The living room fireplace is decorative only and is not available for guest use.
