My only issues were that there was only 1 light in the parking lot and security seems a little lax - you don’t need to use your keycard to access the elevator and it was easy for people to come in and out. «Staff is very rude. Unwilling to help with anything. Annoyed that I asked for more towels. Stayed there 4 days. Last 2 days there was no water. Couldn't shower or brush our teeth. Asked to speak to a manager, they said she doesn't work in the office. Gave me a phone number. Called multiple times, left multiple messages. She never returned my call. We deserve a refund for the last 2 days, and they know it. But won't return our phone calls. Horrible customer service.»
