Stays of 30 nights or more qualify as long-term stays and may benefit from monthly discounts, which are applied automatically. Longer stays can also avoid applicable occupancy taxes.

Verification Portal:
To keep everything secure and smooth, we might ask for a government-issued ID, a confirmation of your contact details, a matching credit card, and possibly a quick background check. Don’t worry—your information is only used for verification and isn’t stored.
By booking, you agree to our rental terms, provide the necessary documents before check-in, and understand that check-in details will be sent after we complete the verification.
For longer stays, we'll place a temporary hold of $500 on your credit card as a security deposit. This hold is just a pre-authorization and will be released automatically within 2 days after check-out, as long as everything goes smoothly.

A Few Helpful Details

We partner with professional service providers to keep the property clean, safe, and well maintained. Depending on the timing of your stay, you may occasionally see routine service for:

Pest control
Landscaping
Trash collection

We schedule these services thoughtfully whenever possible to minimize disruption.

We provide a starter supply of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent, and laundry detergent. For longer stays, guests are responsible for replenishing consumables once the starter supply has been used.

Pet Policy

We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! A $100 pet fee applies for one pet for the entire stay.

Bringing a second pet? Please let us know in advance. An additional $50 fee applies to short-term stays, or $100 for long-term stays.

Please note that unauthorized pets will be subject to a $300 fee per pet. For the health and comfort of all guests, all pets must also be on active flea and tick prevention throughout their stay.

Late Check-Out Policy:

Late check-out requests are subject to approval and must be made at least one day before your scheduled check-out. The rate for approved late check-outs will be charged as a percentage of your nightly rate. Please note that unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee of $50 per hour.

Utility Cap:

For stays of 14 nights or longer, there is a utility cap of $300 per month (covering gas, water, and electricity combined). This is a generous allowance for a home of this size, and in most cases, guests remain well within the limit. In the rare event of usage exceeding this cap, overages may be charged separately.
