«This property is pictures and actual condition is quite opposite. Toilets are stained and every where there are cockroaches and spider webs. we had reservation for 4 nights and we could not stay in the property for few minutes also. we reached out to the property management and we got no responses and I had to find a hotel in mid night as I came into the city late. «Such an excellent place to spend a night away. It had everything we needed and despite only being a quick drive to the city, it felt like a different world. We loved lighting the fireplace and it also meant the house stayed cosy all night and into the following morning. The place was clean, comfortable and we loved the extra attention to details. Meeting the animals was an added bonus! Vaughan was a great host, excellent communication and friendly. Thanks for a great stay!»

«Very cute, warm cosy room. Tastefully decorated and such an amazing shower with a rain head as well!! Easy checkin, just a 5 minute walk to little manly beach and a short 5 minute drive to Whangaparoa shopping centre. All in all a beautiful spot and place. Just be aware there isn’t a full kitchen, just the usual toaster, capsule coffee machine and hot water kettle. The hosts gave a nice little touch couple of chocolates each upon arrival as well.»

«Communication with the host was great and we really appreciated the early check-in. The house was as pictured - great for 2 or 3 people, but not really enough comfortable seating for more. Very handy to Manukau and a quiet neighbourhood. It's on the flight path but we weren't bothered by that. The beds we used were very comfortable, with extra bedding provided. «A lovely and relaxing private place, also nice and cosy, so peaceful and quiet at night. Convenient and easy to get around and not far from your main places around the city. Only two things that I wanted to make feedback on:(1) a small dining suite with at least 1 or 2 chairs in the kitchen area would help a lot,2) the shower is quite narrow so wider built people will not fit comfortably in the shower unless you leave the shower door open.Other than that I would highly recommend this place.»

«Easy check in and check out. Had toilet in garage, and 2 full bathrooms on the 3rd level next to the 2 bedrooms. AC in the living/dining/kitchen (2nd level). AC on the top level was in the hall and hard to reach the bedrooms. Could do with a fan to help circulate the air into the bedrooms. Very basic unit with only 1 medium towel/face cloth per person, and only 2 hand towels. The kitchen had only the basics enough for 4 people, with only 1 tea towel, and dish cloth.
