«A great place to stay. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was very comfortable and well maintained. There was one issue for us - the bed has a wooden frame and base which squeak loudly every time you move in the bed. We used ear plugs the second night. Overall though it was excellent and we would stay again. The owner was very friendly and helpful.»

«Location for Bruce Pulman Stadium was Great. Easy access in and out followed traffic flow. Very convenient for shops. Big problem with not enough cooking utensils had to buy a couple ie serving spoons, potato peeler, whisk..... And only 1 sml pot that had burnt remnants at the bottom which I cleaned after purchasing a scourer. 'Please" supply a "set" of pots. Extra warm blanket in each room. A large house like this should be fully equipped and will be complete once the couple of oversights are ...

«My husband & I spent four nights at the property, while visiting family. We did our own cooking and enjoyed the open plan kitchen/dining/living space. Would stay again.»

«A lovely and relaxing private place, also nice and cosy, so peaceful and quiet at night. Convenient and easy to get around and not far from your main places around the city. Only two things that I wanted to make feedback on:(1) a small dining suite with at least 1 or 2 chairs in the kitchen area would help a lot,2) the shower is quite narrow so wider built people will not fit comfortably in the shower unless you leave the shower door open.Other than that I would highly recommend this place.»

«Neighbourhood and neighbours were great. Felt secured. Great cooking gear and utensils, aircon only downstairs but that’s fine heaters were supplied. I think an upgrade with bedsheets would be great the sickest beds had fresh doona but queen I was sneezing a lot. Bathroom vent needs a clean .washer dryer- was a bit difficult to get clothes dry put thru dryer 4 hrs still wasn’t dry but the heated hanger was great ! Overall pretty good place- we’re repeating customers so we’re ok with it»

«Very cute, warm cosy room. Tastefully decorated and such an amazing shower with a rain head as well!! Easy checkin, just a 5 minute walk to little manly beach and a short 5 minute drive to Whangaparoa shopping centre. All in all a beautiful spot and place. Just be aware there isn’t a full kitchen, just the usual toaster, capsule coffee machine and hot water kettle. The hosts gave a nice little touch couple of chocolates each upon arrival as well.»
