«Hummingbird House is clean and spacious, and has pretty much everything you need. The views are very pretty and there is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy--with decking on three sides and lots of outdoor furniture and three sets of sliding doors. The only negative I would mention is that the laundry room is on the other side of the bedroom wall, so you can hear the washing machine when it is running and it was somewhat loud. Also, there is no TV, but if you want to watch TV (as we did) a laptop ...

We usually feel like we have to clean the dishes before we use them in most rentals, but Heron Cottage was so well maintained that we didn’t think twice about using the right of the shelf. «Excellent, modern, and comfortable stay !! This property is almost brand new, clean, centrally located close to the beach, skiing (diamond peak ski resort), with filtered lake views, south facing with plenty of sun during the day. It has a carport and even tesla charging port (even we didn’t need to use it). Kitchen is well equipped. Radiant floor heating was very comfortable. Great value, great location !»

«Great rustic cabin in a beautiful spot. Steps to the water. Views are amazing. Clean and well stocked other than linens. We were only left 4 towels and 2 face cloths for a 5 day/4 night stay. I had messages rhe manager prior to arrival to assure that they provided all linens. We reached out to the management company to get more but was told no. We had also been told there was laundry on site which was not true so we weren’t able to wash them and reuse. We had to go buy new ones. Disappointing ...

«This house was amazing. Beautiful yard, amazing views, and located just far enough from town to have everything you need nearby and still feel a bit secluded. Bob had something cooking in the smoker which filled the yard with something delicious! Both he and Jean were a pleasure to meet and chat with a bit. All in all a great trip and awesome property!»

«Had a great weekend stay in this cabin right on dinner pass road. Lots of big bedrooms to accommodate children and adults. Only are for improvement would be to provide more than one roll of toilet paper and also there was only one trash bag in the whole place for us to use. Other than that everything was great! Especially thankful for Jonathan our property nanager for coming by to check some things with the heat and furnace on a Friday night.»

«The property was beautiful. Everything yoiu would need was provided. It was off the beaten path so very quiet and woodsy. Our group of 9 were high school buddies (50 years ago) having our yearly golf trip. Several golf courses within 15 min and after a round of golf in the warm weather, the pool was a life safer. Everyone staying there said the accomodations were beyond their expectations.»

«Situated a bit in the middle of nowhere in the off-season, but don't let that keep you away. Fantastic apartments, friendly staff and a great pool area (that sadly has little sun in the afternoon) provides an ideal base for day trips in the Tahoe area.»
