«Very clean. Plenty of towels, shampoos, supplies in general. Plenty of parking. Convenient to Oneonta attractions.There was some confusion about check in, check out times. When we booked the house, stated times were check in: 3:00 and check out: 11:00. Upon arrival, we were informed those times had changed to 4:00 and 10:00. Owner honored original times.»

«We had a good time. The cabins are on a VERY busy road. It’s super cute. I didn’t see anyone catch a fish the two days we were there. Also it lists a hot tub… it doesn’t have one. They have really good onsite activities for kids. Beds were not the best but we did go offsite and rent a pontoon. The host sent us an email and offered a pontoon for 50.00 a day. «Amazing property. Clean and well maintained with lots of nice additional touches. From the yard games, s'mores, coffee and even the toothbrushes with mini toothpaste. Property owners thought of every little detail. Even books, games, and extra phone chargers. Our favorite spot was stargazing from the hammocks on the top deck.»

«House was beautiful but not clean when we arrived. It was hot and previous tenant had window opened and return air filter out showing it needed replacing. Towels weren’t washed and bed not made. Bathroom sink had hair in it bc wasn’t cleaned. Other than all that, it was absolutely beautiful. Host put us in another home. It was bigger and very nice. «Mr. Sam was a very sweet man and met my husband and sons when we were just getting there. Showed them where to park the boat trailers. He made a statement to my husband about the property being too much to handle and it definitely shows that. The property is very nice and I imagine it was the cream of the crop in its day.
