The Space:

You will be renting a private fully remodeled home with indoor and outdoor living spaces and off-street parking. The “Ultra North Beach” is a completely transformed Ventnor property.



The home features fantastic living space, private office, decked out game room, and a two level outdoor porch. The design of the "Ultra North Beach” will thrill your hard to please guests with a high-end chefs kitchen and jaw dropping finishes throughout. The amped up amenities such as flat screen TVs in each bedroom, conveniently placed outlets, bathroom toiletries, and beach gear will keep everyone entertained.

The master bedroom has a show stopping design, over sized tub and walk in shower, with massive his/hers closets for extended stays.

Other Things to Note:

Bartram Beach Homes is committed to the safety and security of all involved during a booking and we ensure our owner’s homes are also protected. Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through our third-party provider, Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up to date with rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification.



We will also be emailing you the short-term rental agreement to sign via PandaDoc. To do this, we will ask for your email address outside of the Airbnb platform so we can send the agreement directly to you. Please sign it prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.



Additionally, to ensure a smooth and secure booking process, the person making the reservation must be the same as the cardholder whose payment method will be used to confirm the booking.

3) The "Ultimate Beach Tower" is a beach block 11 brm, 15 bd, 7 full bath, 3 half-bath building

4) The "American Adventure" is a 6bdrm, 8bd, 2.5 bath home
