Enjoy your vacation at the shore in this three bedroom, two bath second floor condo just steps from recreation, playground, tennis, basketball, Haven Avenue bike trail, shops, stores, eateries, ice cream, pizza, new Mini Golf and south end beaches. We love Randazzo’s Pizza, Dot’s Bakery, and the Churn House, which are all within walking distance. Features include 3 TVs, central air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, front porch, enclosed outdoor shower, open concept great room and an over-sized parking spot in rear of building. Wawa, Sunoco, Acme, and CVS are all walking/bicycling distance which makes this property very convenient. Come stay with us at our America's favorite family shore!

This is so close to the ocean that you can be there in just minutes. Our summer rental property is popular for being in the heart of everything, but far enough from the hustle bustle of the boardwalk and day trippers.

Needing a break from the beach? Take an easy stroll to the local eateries and multiple ice cream parlors or enjoy some playtime at the tennis courts or playground. Just behind us is the entrance to a bike trail and a baseball field!

We love that we have repeat renters EVERY year and that these guests have become annual visitors! But our weeks go fast because of our regulars, and you'll be disappointed if you wait!

Whether you are on a family vacation or romantic getaway, Ocean City has something for everyone. It is great to be in the safest shore town and one of the best properties on the island. Ocean City continues to be recognized as “America’s Favorite Family Resort' for a reason!

-Special touches:

The kitchen is a great workable space with an island and is fully stocked with dishes, glassware, drink shaker, flatware, 12 cup coffee maker, Keurig, pots, pans, garbage disposal, dishwasher, granite countertops, and anything else you may need! Washer and dryer are in the unit! The cable and DVD player for your use are great after a long day at the beach! More TVs in two other bedrooms, too! Tons of games for all ages are also available to keep the whole family busy. The front deck has furniture for you to enjoy that morning cup of coffee as the sun comes up and is shaded in the evening for cool relaxing nights. Outside you will also find an enclosed shower for easy clean up after the beach.

We have one parking spot behind the building. There is also additional free street parking.

-Rental Policy:

Check in is Saturday at 2 PM and check out is Saturday 10 AM from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Weekend/weekly rentals available April, May, September, and October with a three night minimum stay. We do not rent for less than a week during the summer season nor do we rent to groups (family rentals only, no high school groups). We rent Saturday to Saturday only during summer season. Family rentals only, renters must be 25 years of age. Professionally cleaned between tenants at no additional fee. We are a pet and animal free property. No pets or animals will be permitted under any circumstances. This no pet or animal policy includes service, therapy, and/or emotional support animals. Guests are solely responsible for their own personal health and safety.

Very nice property, with just a short walk to the beach. We were also within walking distance to putt-putt, a few restaurants, tennis courts, basketball courts, and ice cream! Noah was very responsive to messages. We had a very nice time.

We had a great stay with our family with 2 young kids. Perfect spot, close enough to walk to the beach, right near the park, and shops and grocery stores. Close enough to things but far enough away from the main chaotic areas. Short easy car ride to main part of boardwalk or little bike ride. Was pleasantly surprised the place was much nicer inside than the pictures. Super clean and organized and a lot of thought went into the extras that renters might need. Even had nice touches for young kids such as an “kid’s corner” with things to keep them entertained. Easy check in and key lock pad. We had an issue with our key combo at first but owner was readily available and promptly fixed the issue and was very easy to communicate with. Great value for the property and its location - would definitely stay there again!

Very nice property

Keyless entry was a huge plus; we were able to come and go as we pleased without having to worry about which of us had the house keys. Owner-provided beach tags were much appreciated. Home decor is current and appealing throughout. Kitchen was well stocked with functional tools and utensils. Dishwasher, washer and dryer are older models but all worked well. Convenient location for grocery shopping, dining etc. Air conditioning did not work in 2nd bedroom so we had to use fans to keep cool in that room.

Ocean City Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this West Ave home. The house was perfect with so much attention to details. What a lovely home. Perfect location with an easy walk to the beach and stores, playground, tennis courts, and mini golf around the corner. Highly recommend this location!

Awesome week!

We had a wonderful time this week at the Bartlett’s rental property. The house was welcoming and felt like home from the minute we walked in. It was spacious, very clean, and decorated well. It had everything we needed for the week including games and activities for the kids that they enjoyed playing all week. The location is great as it is a short walk to the beach as well as shops, the playground, and restaurants. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer week and would recommend this rental to anyone looking for a great place to stay in OCNJ for their family!

Beautiful beach house stay!

We were extremely happy with our stay at Noah’s place. The house was decorated so nicely and it was extremely clean and fresh. We loved the board games that were there for our family to play and the deck was lovely to sit on in the morning with coffee and a book. The short 2 block walk to the beach was no problem for us and our kids loved the playground across the street. It was the perfect location to be able to walk to shops/ ice cream etc while also being far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk. Noah was extremely easy to get a hold of and talk to, he even left us a gift card for a local ice cream shop. He went above and beyond to welcome us! I highly recommend staying here and definitely will be booking again in the future.

Super clean & cozy!

The place was perfect! We loved the decor, cleanliness and location! Plenty of amenities! Neighborhood was pretty! Patio was cozy, comfortable beds and living room! Would definitely stay again. Our trip was a lot of fun with a couple of great beach days and quick drive to the boardwalk. Took a short drive to Cape May for shopping and more great food. Lots of places nearby for snacks and take out. Hidden gem - the Churn House! Thanks to the owners for sharing their home 😊

This property was beautiful!! The decor was lovely! It looked like something from a storybook. It had a large open concept living room/dining room/kitchen. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. The bathrooms are brand new and again, decorated beautifully. The location was awesome! Not too far from the beach and Acme in case you forgot something. My family and I would definitely stay at this property again.

Felt like Home

We have not been to Ocean City for a number of years, but coming back this summer and staying in this house felt like home. The house was just right for us and our family. It is bright and warm, so we felt very much at home. It was great to have a parking spot, but street parking was always available to our guests. The neighborhood is so nice, close to everything from ice cream to bikes to eh beach. We loved our vacation here.

Perfect for a family of 4

Rental has all you need for a week away from home. Decorated nicely and very clean. Noah responds promptly to renters. Definitely would stay here again, closer to the beach than I thought!
