This condo is in the heart of Brigantine. Everything you need is walking distance within a few blocks, including CVS, dining, ice cream, pastries, carry-out alcohol, and more. With just a short walk to the beach, there's no need to spend your morning looking for parking, you're already there! Brigantine is conveniently located just 5 minutes from Atlantic City Casinos and Entertainment.
We have parking onsite (one spot per condo). There is plenty of free street parking in the area for any additional vehicles you may bring. Buses, Uber, Lyft, and Taxis are all available to Atlantic City. We do recommend Uber/Lyft or checking prices beforehand, as local cab services charge an arm and a leg to come over the bridge.
BEACH TAGS Beach tags are required between Memorial Day-Labor Day. You may purchase them at the Brigantine Community Center or with cash on the beach from the tag checkers.
TV We have a Smart TV in the living room. You will be able to log into the applications like Netflix with your own credentials. We do not have cable. Please remember to log out before you depart.
PARKING Parking onsite. Each unit gets one designated parking spot, which is clearly marked with the Unit number you have reserved. There is ample (no permit required) parking on the street, but please make sure to read street parking signs.
Very easy & convenient to grab an Uber or Lyft to any nearby destinations.
TRASH Trash day is Thursday. There is a regular trash can and recycling can in the kitchen. Multiple trash cans are located behind the building. Please make sure all trash are in the bins, with the lids closed.
Noise level: We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property.
If more than the number of booked occupants are detected by neighbors or outside cameras, the stay will be immediately terminated and no refund will be issued. The property was better than advertised. It truly does have 2 bedrooms despite there only being one pic of a bedroom in the listing. Perfect location and quiet.
We had a wonderful time in Brigantine. The apartment was ideally located in a quiet neighbor but still close to pharmacy, Wawa and restaurants. The beach was so close by…a relatively short walk..and beautiful with a great view of AC. The apartment was exactly as described with designated parking and it was very comfortable for our group.
We stayed here for a long weekend, it was the perfect location and central to everything. Very easy walk to the beach, with plenty walkable food options nearby. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need to make a basic meal, and overall very clean. Only issue is the beds are quite hard, so might want to bring a mattress topper if you’re used to soft beds. All in all, I would definitely recommend this stay in Brigantine!
It is a well maintained, comfortable, and nice property that is an easy walk to the beach. It was a bit small for four adults and a dog but definitely would recommend a stay there.
We had to adjust our check in time a couple of times due to work schedules and traffic issues, the owners were very understanding and worked with our delays.
Overall, everything worked out well and we loved staying here. It would be good if they kept more towels for use and add a washer/dryer to the property. Also, we did not find any bathroom floor mats, that would be good to keep the property clean.
This property worked well for a girls' beach getaway. The property was exactly as listed. 2 spacious bedrooms w/ queen beds, small open space for seating area and kitchen, 1 decent sized bathroom.
The entrance to the beach is at the end of the same street just 2 short blocks away.
There is a nice little coffee shop 150 feet away from the condo door, adjacent to the side alleyway. Everything else (CVS, ice cream shop, small beach shop, and numerous places to eat) are all within walking distance, less than half a mile radius away.
Bring your own bath mat if you need one. There are no hooks to hang items in the bathroom, but there are hooks in the bedrooms.
The only inconvenience we experienced was with the parking, which was out of the owner's control. A car was parked in the street blocking the "C" parking spot for most of the time we were there. The listing notes that there is ample street parking, but there were no open spaces on our block for most of the first day. When a spot opened, we had to hurry and move our vehicles closer to the condo. This may not always be an issue, and it was not anything the owner could influence.
We all agreed that this property was perfect for our needs and we would all stay there again. I plan to go back with my family in the future.
Overall pleased with our stay. Only negative was the shower water pressure was very weak, and no I’m-between temperature between very hot, or cold. Thank you for the opportunity to give feedback!
