The home is one row away from the beach, easy walk to the beach access only a few steps away. Nice neighborhood. Within a 3 min walk to a great restaurant/bar Island Grill. «This home is a gem. The only issue is that the HVAC unit/heat pump couldn't keep the interior temperature above 62 degrees (without using the emergency heat function) on nights when the outside temperature was in the mid-forties.»

«We signed the guest book and get a call from the owner within an hour of checking out. Rude. Abrasive. Defensive. Laughable that the owner calls me, is abusive and hangs up. This is not on the beach despite information indicating otherwise. Ping pong and corn hole locked up. Bring your own soap and shampoo. TP ran out. And the offer to tip the cleaning personnel after detailed instructions placing the onus on the guest to clean upon departure is rich. This is a fine property so long as it is ...

«Family of 8 with elderly parents and teens. The home was perfect. Everyone had their own space and the location was great. Kitchen had everything we needed and the sound side view was great. The boys loved taking a walk to the private island and fishing. Everything was clean and well appointed. We would definitely recommend this home and Kaye was very helpful! Just can’t say enough good things!»
