«Property was okay but dated. Good news is that the outside is getting a facelift and it will look fantastic when complete. Room was clean but the carpets were not the best. Beds were comfortable and the lines smelled fresh. The lady at the front desk was nice and helpful. No microwaves in the room but found one down at the end of the hallway sitting on a table to use. Overall was an okay stay but the rooms are overpriced for what you get.»

«This is a well kept property with nice sized rooms, and an excellent restaurant and bar with awesome staff. Only negative is that, with the pool and slides etc. the locals come and hold birthday parties for their kids, who run wild up and won the halls. A quick word to the front desk and it went quiet! I think it is a great amenity for the locals folks as long as they keep their children in line. All in all though, excellent property.»

«This hotel was the perfect spot to rest after a long stormy drive and before the morning ferry. We very much enjoyed how welcoming and clean the entire facility was. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. To make the most of the last night on the island, we enjoyed cod au gratin, moose stir fry and toutons with bakeapple, partridgeberry and blueberry jam for desert - Highly recommend, it was delish and the perfect conclusion to the whole Newfoundland experience.»
