«This is a quick turnaround facility. Most people are either going or coming from the airport and staying one night. It was clear the housekeeping staff was expected to turn rooms around quickly - and we’re not given sufficient time for a thorough cleaning The room was comfortable but the standard of cleaning left a lot to be desired. Discovered a dirty diaper in the recycling bin from the previous occupant. Mold in the shower. And dust in the corners of the floors. Breakfast was basic. »

They also helped smooth over an issue that was no fault of theirs but they facilitated a positive transition and solution when my travel partner found out her flight reservation was from St.John, N.B. and not St. John's, Nfld.
