The staff were exceptional and went out of their way to help us. the wonderful lady at the desk used her personal phone to contact the ferry for us when we were unsure if our scheduled departure had been cancelled. «Nice place, nice standard of the hotel, nice personnel working there. Didn't try the pool, but looks nice for a weekend with the kids. "Top of the hill", so you need a car to go anywhere. Unless you want to walk a lot»
