You are right in the heart of Downtown Atlanta. The neighborhood is referred to as the Hotel District. Why would you stay at a hotel when you could stay here!? It is perfect for business travelers, those attending corporate functions or exhibitions. For the sports traveler, the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta Hawks are a walk away. The World of Coco Cola, Centennial Park, Georgia Aquarium, Georgia State University and CNN are your neighbors. You're in the Middle of Peachtree Center and Civic Center MARTA stations. Around a 5-minute walk to either.

You have access to the entire condo. The space is entirely yours so make yourself at home. Check-in is extremely easy. There is a 24 hour concierge that will greet you and buzz you through the front entrance. Please be sure to bring a valid ID. Please notify us if the guest checking is not the individual who booked the room. The concierge will verify that the guest checking in matches the name on the reservation and direct you to your room. You will be provided with a digital door code in the instructions to access your condo. A key fob will be located in the condo for easy entry to the building for the remainder of your stay.

The space
This is an entire condo located in the historic Peachtree Towers, a high-rise known for its solid construction and sound insulation. The layout is designed for both short and extended stays, blending everyday functionality with a relaxed, residential feel. The living area connects naturally to the dining space and kitchen, making it easy to move between cooking, working, and unwinding.

Sleeping arrangements
The condo has 1 bedroom and accommodates up to 4 guests with 2 beds. The bedroom provides a comfortable retreat for restful nights, while the additional bed allows flexibility for couples, colleagues, or small families. Bed linens, clothing storage in a closet, hangers, and an iron are provided to help you settle in quickly.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen offers a dedicated space where you can prepare your own meals, whether you’re reheating leftovers after an event or cooking something from scratch during a longer stay. A dining table nearby makes it easy to enjoy meals indoors, particularly during winter evenings when staying in feels just right.

HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that is limited too hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air.

WASHER AND DRYER: ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level.

ANIMALS: Per HOA, animals are not allowed.

Parking is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.
