«Property called “Canopy Treehouses”. My booking stated “Deluxe Cabin” but upon arrival found we had been allocated a caravan that had an “eco toilet” (hole in the ground) that you couldn’t flush. I expected a treehouse in the trees. This was a birthday present for my Husband so was disappointed & thought it very expensive for what we got. Not recommended.»

«I booked it and then about 24 hours later they emailed me that the office closes at 4. I requested after hour checkin process. I didn’t hear anything for 12 hours and only received “call us urgently”. When I called the phone provided, no one answered. They finally called me after 8 PM and blamed me for poor communication and accused me of not calling! Zero focus on the customer and worse communication. »

«Our stay in Cairns at Darrell’s apartment was excellent. Perfect location, great views, easy check in, outdoor eating area, fans and air con for comfort. Best of all was the supply of condiments and every day products to make the visit perfect for short stays. We would readily recommend this apartment for a visit to Cairns.»
