Pensjonat i Athens - Sweetwater

«Had never been in a "tiny house" before, though my wife and I live fulltime in a large fifth wheel trailer. It was a unique experience to have everything so close. The cabin is well-kept and extremely clean. I would recommend staying there for anyone needing to be in that area of Tennessee. Very nice garden area right by the forest (see photo) and the bird feeder was a plus, since it was very active with local birds.»

«Alan id always an amazing treat to speak and visit with, and is an amazing host. The property is in an amazing location, privacy is top notch, and the amenities are well prepared and very comfortable. This is my 3rd stay, and they have always been better the next time as I better learn the area.Blessings!!!!Wade»

«The Owl's Perch and surroundings is beautiful and serene. I would 100% recommend. The accommodation in very well laid out with many things thought of for your convenience. Enjoyed every moment, wish we could have stayed longer.»

And everything was placed intuitively, so there wasn't little signs everywhere over explaining things. It felt like being a guest at someone's home. It was a lovely stay!»

«Nice quiet place to stay. We enjoyed coffee out on the little patio»

Throughout the day, we enjoyed hearing the laughter and excitement of the rafters passing by, and it was equally enjoyable to sit in the chairs and watch fly fishermen cast their lines. The rental is located within a small gated area that feels private and secluded, even though the road is just beyond the tree line. ...
