Great views, nice rooms
Spacious, clean rooms with a great view over the city, very friendly staff. Luxurious feel, although the bathrooms are on the small side (no real place for toiletries, and no hooks for towels). Very nice food and drinks in the restaurant (but of course rather expensive for Athens). The breakfast buffet is pretty basic. Would absolutely stay here again.

Plasseringen er hotellets sterkeste side. Flott utsikt over byen og selveste Akropolis. Utsikten er enda bedre fra frokostrommet og terrassen/poolen på toppen. Virkelig topp utsikt. Betjeningen er vennlig og imøtekommende. Rommet kunne ha vært litt større. To personer med to kofferter kan skape logistikk problemer. Men alt i alt var oppholdet vellykket.

På Athens tak
Fantastisk hotell med svømmebasseng på taket (hvilket var topp da det var veldig varmt i Athen). Vi hadde hjørnerom med utsikt mot Acropolis - wouw. Hotellet ligger i Kolonaki bydel - mange fine restauranter og butikker :)

Spektakulær utsikt over Athen og Acropolis
Hotellet er litt slitt, men det veies opp for ved andre momenter på hotellet. Velg hotelrom med utsikt mot Acropolis, det gir en helt fantastisk panoramautsikt mot byen og Acropolis, utsikten er verdt hver krone. Rommet hadde egen balkong som passet godt til soling og avslapping. Bra med basseng på taket, nok en gang nydelig utsikt over Athen. Gratis Wifi som faktisk fungerte meget bra med høy hastighet. Meget gode og komfortable senger! Sentralt med 5 min gang til sentrum/parliamentet hvor det også er t-bane. Alt i alt et meget bra opphold og anbefales på det varmeste!

Great hotel if its upgraded.
Nice located north of Athens in the Kolonaki area. Old hotel which need to be upgraded to be able to maintaon Five stars. As its presented today its not a five star hotel. Both the bed room and the barhroom need upgrad to 2016 standard. The spa area is great. Its the best about the hotel. The view from 6th floor is fantastic. The breakfast is ok, in a five star hotel you expect a chef to prepare fresh warm dishes. Overall a good hotel when its get upgraded, i traveled both south and north of Athens, so easy to go both ways. The traffic u cant do anything about.

Et ok 4 stjerners hotell
Ligger litt langt opp på skråningen av kolonaki, enkelt å komme seg til sentrum da det bare er å gå rett ned, vanskeligere på tilbakeveien... Hadde standardrom og sengene var veldig gode, men slitte hotellrom, ok rengjøring, men eksepsjonell service i resepsjonen! Stor skuffelse var bassenget som var bittelite, kun et lite antall solsenger på hele poolområdet (5-6 stk) som gjorde det vanskelig å få senger. Et helt ok 4 stjerners hotell etter min mening, ingen spesielt bra restauranter rundt, måtte gå helt ned til sentrum for å finne noe å spise hver gang, hadde mest sannsynlig booket litt lengere ned mot byen neste gang jeg kommer til athen

This by far was one of my best stays a hotel! This hotel is nestled in a very serene scenic hillside. The view is amazing and only a few minutes within walking distance from the restaurant on the tip top of the hill. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The complementary breakfast was delicious. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return when in Athens.

Nothing was too much for the staff. Resturant waiters- Costas and everyone were very as good. Food is good too. The down said was not enough vegan options. Also the pool was not open till April, and gym is very basic

Unfortunately not luxurious at all. Very small room and no special amenities for a “5 star” hotel. Below average and way below competitors like Electra Metropolis. They should be honest and advertise as a 3 or maybe 4 star hotel.

Well elevators has issue, 1 of them was broken and waited around 5 mjns just for elevator. But except this it was a good stay

Very recommendable
We had a very nice and relaxing comfortable stay at the St. George. Everyone in the staff were very attentive and very serviceminded. The hotel is in a beautiful spot and the view is amazing. Definitely not our last stay at this hotel.
