The space
The apartment is on the 2nd floor and is equipped with:

• High-speed Wi-fi internet
• Fully Air-conditioning
• Fly screens on all windows/doors
• Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, hob, cooking utensils)
• Washing machine
• Fresh bed linen and towels

There are not many rules that you have to follow during your stay! You are on holidays anyway! We want you to feel like home.

We just ask you to respect the place, not cause any damages and keep the noise down while sitting on the balcony during quiet hours (23:00-07:00).

Guest access
Dining and Shopping:
It has a large Lidl, a small park, many restaurants, coffee shops and hair salons.

Metro:
Take a 10-minute walk and you will get to the metro station for travelling to downtown Athens. The metro stops at many famous attractions at Athens, including:

Ferry:
The flat is only 10-minute walk to Piraeus port.

Train:
If you would like to travel to farther places, the train station is also 10 minutes from our place. Train tickets can be purchased on Hellenic Train’s official website.

Other things to note
Flexible" check-in/-out time mean:
I will try to accommodate your check-in or check-out, no matter what time it is. Note that early check ins are not always possible if I have a guest leaving that morning, as I need to allow them to check out and prepare the apartment for you. However, I can usually allow you to drop off luggage, and the apartment will usually be ready by noon or 1pm at the very latest. If you have a late flight, you are welcome to leave your luggage or even stay in the apartment if no other guest is arriving on the same day. Late check-ins are no problem at all.
