Strålende beliggenhet, service og standard!
Hotellet var valgt utifra beliggenhet, og det svarte 100% til forventningene. Rett ved Akropolis, med «gangavstand til alt.» Meget serviceminded og hyggelig betjening, hjelpsomme og gode i engelsk. Taxi kom et minutt etter bestilling! Fine rom og godt renhold, og god frokost i et lyst og innbydende frokostrom. Vi hadde sett frem til å benytte den fine takterrassen med utsikt rettsorden Akropolis. Den var dessverre under renovering, slik at takserveringen var stengt, men vi kommer garantert til å forsøke igjen ved neste besøk i Athen😊

Will always return to Herodion. Really recommend it. The location is perfect, walking distance to everything, or you can take the metro. The hotel is very professionally run, the staff all do their utmost to make your stay good. The hotel is charmingly decorated, the rooms are comfortable, the restaurant, bar/lounge area and breakfast room are very nice and the food excellent. Everywhere is very clean, and all staff are outstanding.

Close to Acropolis
Great location for Acropolis, and close to the metro station and restaurants. The hotel has everything you need for a visit to Athens.

The hotel was in a very convenient location to walk around the city, but not for parking. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was upkept. The bathroom was a little small. The view of the Acropolis was phenomenal!

I had two.nights here and the hotel was lovely. Right next to the Acropolis Museum, easy to walk to the Acropolis and metro station. Thenroom was a good size, had a great bathroom, and the amenities were lovely. Sitting in the roof topnhit tub as the sunnset over the Acropolis! Staff were friendly and very helpful. Would definitely go back.

Nice hotel with professional, friendly, hospitable staff near Acropolis, its Museum, dining choices, and walkable to almost everything touristy. They were sending complementary wine in my room. I respectfully declined since I don’t drink alcohol. They suggested a fruit plate instead. I will be back.

We would like to thank all the staff at Herodion for being so efficient and so welcoming. They made our stay much more pleasant and special. The hotel was very good and location was extremely convenient for central Athens, in particular for visiting the Acropolis Museum, which is just around the corner. Parking may be difficult and/or expensive. One negative was the lack of heating in the room. To be fair, even though it was cold outside, we did not feel cold in the room, but it took us by surprise to know that the 4 * hotel did not have any heating available. All in all, a very good hotel with a 5* staff. We would stay again.

Centrally located so that we could take breaks between activities and freshen up in our room. The AC broke one of the nights, but they gave us a fan and fixed it the next morning. Great breakfast, great location, would definitely stay here again.

Staff very courteous. Location excellent, you could walk to the Acropolis, Acropolis Museum and many other important attractions. Hotel very clean. The restaurant at the hotel is excellent. If I we comeback to Athens we will stay there.

Overall, a solid hotel, not too pricey considering it is Europe and located, convenient, to many of the historical, and tourist, areas. The room was a bit small, same with the bathroom. The staff was helpful.

The hotel has a lovely jacuzzi but it is a shame you can only get 15 minutes at one time before having to reactivate your card. On the morning of the Athens marathon they did a special early breakfast at 5:30am.

Great location. Best deck and food. Our only complaint was our room on last night had very poor internet connection…..our previous stay had adequate connection. Room with issue was next to ground floor atrium.

This hotel is perfectly situated to visit the acropolis and plaka area.. It has a rooftop restaurant and bar and two jacuzzis. The included breakfast is very good. The service is very good and attentive. The taxis they recommended for us were fairly priced and the drivers were competent. We would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Athens.
